Further Info
Hello Nancy,

I'm looking at the info you added on David Lewrence Brooks, Find A Grave Memorial# 65244294. Is this all info you have on this site? I'm guessing that it is.

Thank you

RE: Your Dad
Thank you Nancy. You provide a nice service. When I get to retirement age soon, I hope to do what you are doing as a hobby and help folks with the site.

RE: Your Dad
Hello again,
If you do make it by Llano , my Dads headstone is not too far away. I would like to make sure it is holding up as well. I would be glad to send you a gift card or something for your time.
Thanks again.

RE: Your Dad
Nancy ,

Thank you for the note. If you happen to be at Llano I would appreciate that. I will not be back for a while. I do plan on one day gettng a base for the bronze plate.
Good you are helping out in the other town. Im sure they need good volunteers.
My son has set up many sites for people on Find a Grave. Its a great resource.
Hope you are doing well and thanks again for the note.

RE: Your Dad
Hi Nancy,
Are you still doing photos for Llano Cemetery.

Im trying to see how my Grandparents headstone is holding up.
Robert Elmer McCrary and Alva Jean McCrary. They have a joint bronze headstone laying on the ground but no base under it. I wanted to know if it was still viewable and not overgrown with grass. I was going to check on having a base put under it.

Also next to them is my Great Grandmother Cora Cabelitz. Wanted to see how hers was doing.

Thank you.

Hello Nancy! No, I am not related to the Bertrand's. I was researching at the Odd Fellows Cemetery in Gatesville, Texas and was attempting to link family members. Researching leads you down one road and then another. I find myself not just researching the original person I was researching, but all of their different family members! I thoroughly enjoy it!

RE: Helen Marie Sisco
I did reply to these messages, but what happened to them?? Well, I suggested you just leave her record as you have it.

On second thought, perhaps you should just leave it as you have it.

RE: Lena Sisco Yelton
I do not know whether Lena's mother is deceased or not. I checked Soc. Sec. and some sites to see if there was an obit. but didn't find her. If she is deceased I would like to know when, where & where buried, myself.

Helen Marie Sisco
Helen Marie Sisco's stone in White Deer Cemetery, Carson Co., TX,, is somewhat confusing, because the Texas Birth Certificates, 1903-1935, shows the following: Cert. # 79166: Sisco, b. 13 Sep 1930, Skellytown, Carson Co., Tx, female; Parents- Virgil Clarence Sisco; Cora Lee Giles. Texas Deaths, 1890-1976, Cert. # 5591, shows Helen Juanita Sisco, b. 13 Sep. 1930, Carson Co., Tx, died 05 Feb. 1932, Skellytown, Carson Co., Texas; Parents: Virgil C. Sisco; Cora L. Giles.
