Bio and Links
Bio Photo I grew up in East Texas and graduated from The University of Texas, BBA 1971. I served in the U. S. Army Finance Corps for several years after college. I am a retired insurance executive and my wife and I have two children and four grandchildren.

I have loved family history all my life and have pursued that love to varying degrees over the years. I am a direct descendant of at least one veteran of the revolutionary war, several civil war veterans, and WWI and WWII veterans.

I am happy to make corrections and transfers within the site guidelines. Please use the memorial's edit tab to make suggestions and requests.

Steve Pence, Waco, Texas.

RE: Photo of Hubbards
Thanks you for this information! I have been trying to figure out where Evelyn was buried! Miss Evelyn Hubbard was a long time school teacher in Waco. I am having a terrible time finding a obituary for her. She died in 2002 at the age of 94.
Bennett was a professional photographer. Dorothy was only 3 months old when she passed in 1908. And Harold was a Western Union boy in his youth.

Evelyn, Bennett nor Harold ever married.

Their brother Thomas Watson "Jack" was my paternal great grandfather. My dad never knew him. He left Texas in the 1920's for New York.
Dea and James were their parents.

Thank you for your help, Barb
