Hi Jim, I am researching the LEICHT family; my wife's great aunt was Prudence L. MASON who was briefly married to William P. LEICHT about 1910. I'd love to know your connection to this family, if any.
Thanks for the info.

RE: Agnes Krasnesky Tormey
Hi Jim,

No problem. It's just that naming the adoptive parents as simply Tormeys may not be as clear to a viewer as stating that they were aunt and uncle of Melvin. I wanted to clarify, not criticize.

Agnes Krasnesky Tormey
I have Mrs. James Tormey as Agnes Catherine Krasnesky. She was a sister of Frank Krasnesky and was born in Erie, PA 15 Jan 1906, died 11 April 1959 in LA. I was told by one of Henry Krasnesky's daughters that Frank asked Agnes and her husband to adopt Melvin.

William Andrew Jackson
Hi, you've added William Andrew Jackson 1857-1930 to Find A Grave but without a cemetery. I'm researching the same ancestor and wondering if you have any clue where he might be buried? I'm also looking for death date for Cora Shreve, his wife?

I've also obtained the copies of newspaper accounts of the the murder of his father, George Issac Jackson (1819-1867) and am trying to pin down his birthplace in Ohio, knowing in 1860 they certainly were in Delaware County, Ohio in the census.

Take care...

Ferdinand Sochurek III
Hi Jim,
Ferd is buried in Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens cemetery. The section is Last Supper Garden & he's resting in lot 206D, space 3. I'd like to take photos of his headstone & those of his parents & grandmother, too, when I have a chance.
Thank you so much for adding his memorial & photo to Find A Grave. It's a really nice tribute. Regards, Dee
