Hi Im an Antiques Dealer 2nd generation. I love history and since I was a child helped at estates sales my Mom ran. I loved going up into the attic and look through the old trunks filled with antique clothing, photos, toys and other family memories left behind.

I began collecting old photos, and letter and now thanks to the Internet I can put people back in touch with their lost families.

I have put many families back in touch with lost photos and information.

Capt Peter M Cunningham
Good morning!

Minor correction to your entry for Peter Cunningham: no such thing as the "naval air force." He was a 1959 graduate of the US Naval Academy. Because the Air Force was relatively new, and the US Air Force Academy even newer, the Naval Academy commissioned quite a few graduates into the Air Force for service. That's how he got there.

I'd love to see the letters you mention. Can you scan some? Would post them at the USNA Virtual Memorial Hall on his page,,_MAJ,_USAF

Mary Louise Allen
Hello Anteeker,
I just saw the photos you posted on Mary Louise Allen's memorial and was very impressed with the way you displayed the photos - two at once - Very clever and inventive. I don't know why that never occurred to me before and appreciate your teaching me a new trick!

I'm aware of that, it should be deleted. She isn't the subject of the memorial.

Charles Wesley Allen
This man is my great uncle. None of the photos posted on this site should be identified as him. The first photo (graduation) is his nephew Francis Holt Allen. I'm curious where you got these photos and information. Happy to talk with family members.
