Robert Duran ~
Hello Heather,
Thank you so much for your kind note; it really touched me. I pray for you all the time that every day will get better for you. As for me, I can relate with the pain endured through the loss of someone so very special ( my mom ) and now my wife is very ill. You and your friendship means a lot to me too my friend. take care Heather.

RE: Sending
Hi Heather,
How are you doing? I think about you too, Heather. I pray you are healing from the shock of John's passing. It took my brother a long time before he could speak of his wife without crying. I would visit him and we would spend hours talking on the phone. I would do my best to comfort him. He was advised by his wife's doctor to join a support group but he was unable to because of his work hours. He is doing better now, getting involved with our church has helped him. Plus he keeps very busy. Tomorrow is his birthday, he will be 70 years and he still works at his job, doesn't want to retire because he is alone and wouldn't know what to do to stay busy. Staying as busy as possible is the thing to do. The best thing to do is spending time with Christ in prayer.
I am having problems with my back. I am in a lot of pain and am having trouble sitting at the computer leaving tokens. I am going to take a few days off to rest my back.
Take care Heather. Love to you friend.

RE: Hello
Dearest Heather,
Life is extremely difficult when we lose our loved ones. Sometimes, I wonder how we manage to get through these sad times, to go on living. When I lose someone dear to me, it is our Lord Jesus who gets me through these long lonely days. Talking to someone is also very helpful. I feel the hardest times are the evenings & nights when everything is done & all you can do is think of the memories. I think of you and wish I could physically give you a big hug. Heather, I will continue to pray for you and for John. Know that John is looking down on you, still loving you for always.
Love you Heather,
Your friend, Rose
