I was just looking at the virtual cemetery & noticed that the photo on the "walk" isn't in the memorial. My question is the same as the previous message and I wondered if he fought for the US? Nice memorial.
As I was browsing I came upon your ancestors who were born in Sicily and emigrated to New York.I noticed the couple had two children who died at fairly young ages.Their son was wearing a uniform.I am curious about their son who must have fought in WW1 since hes wearing a uniform. To have died at 22 a couple of yrs. after the war has my antennas up.Did he die of wounds from the war?Are you his grandson?Do you have any idea of how many offspring the original couple have in the U.S? This is all out of curosity.Donna in Kansas
