Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am a retired caregiver for my significant other with Parkinson's & dementia. I love to read, quilt, work on genealogy & visit lighthouses. We fostered dogs for several years. Nothing is more rewarding than giving an animal another chance at a good life.
My caregiver duties are taking more time now. Thanks to all who leave flowers.

Hi sweet Lady.
Hope all is well with you. Sorry I haven't visited lately but I have not been well. Surely when the weather warms up I'll do better. This sciatica "I probably spelled it wrong" arthritis and spinal stenosis don't go well together. Take care. Hugs Barbara

RE: Prayers
Hi Judy, I went talked to a lung transplant specialist and they said I dont need a transplant yet and to get lot of tests done to see if I qualify. I haven't got the tests done yet because they said I dont qualify anyway because im not healthy or strong enough to have a transplant if I need it right now. They told me build myself up and gain weight but I cant seem to do it. I do what I can but cant do things I use to. Thankfully my family is helping do things I cant anymore. We are leaning on God, family and friends to help us through all this and praying it doesnt get worse.
Thank you for asking. Its helps to know people are thinking of us and keeping us in prayer.
We are keeping you and your husband in prayer too.

RE: Asking for prayers
Hi Judy, sorry to hear that Robert fell and broke his wrist and a rib. I know that is painful. I hope you are taking care of yourself and not just him. Hugs, Rosie

RE: Asking for prayers
Hi Judy, I have added Robert to the prayer request list. Sounds like both of you need many. Being a caregiver is an exhausting job both physically and mentally. Hugs, Rosie

RE: Thank you
That is pretty are very lucky to have this rich family history!!!! I have enjoyed your message...Was you great grandfather and/or his brother fight at Gettysburg? When it gets warmer out I will visit Daniel Clingaman's grave at the Wauseon Cemetery. I do have them in my family history but the relationship is very minimal and distant but still a connection. Do you belong to the Fulton OGS?
