Bio and Links
Bio Photo The Families I am related to are Langston, Mabry, Curry, Rowland, Black, Hankins, Branyon, Shepherd, Campbell, Weathers, Sharp. Our family is from Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico, and California. That is up from 1808. Before that we cover South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky and Pennsylvania. A few have strayed as far north as Illinois. I have family that have served in every war since the American Revolution. I am proud of my brothers, sisters and Cousins in Arms. I am also proud to be numbered one of the many veterans in my family. God Bless America.

Adella Martinez, # 65911302
The tombstone photo you put on the memorial is for the wrong person. The dates on the tombstone do not agree with the tombstone for Adella and Juan.

See memorial ID #128421079 for 'Juanita.'

You created ID #143518219 for 'Junita.'

I just photographed the tombstone today and it has Juanita on it.

Juanita Jacobs, 143518219

You created a memorial for her in 2015. Tricia Potter had already created one for her (128421079) on April 23, 2014.

E. Loyd 'Rip' Turnbow
Find A Grave ID # 103811076.

Brett, I recently walked and photographed all of the tombstones and grave markers in Rest Lawn Cemetery, south of Portales. I even took my own lawnmower down there and mowed most of it (someone on a riding mower finished it) so I could make sure I found every marker that was visible. However, I did not find a marker for E. Loyd Turnbow. It shows you created his memorial in 2013. Do you have any information on where he is buried? Is he in the same area as the other Turnbows?

I also did not find the mortuary marker for Kenneth Patton, so I have no idea where his grave is either.

Family Reunion
We are sorry you could not make it. They have the reunion every year the Sunday before Labor Day. There was not a lot of the family there this year. I think when us older members are gone it may not survive. The younger generation is always so busy. It is always nice to talk with you. You have been very busy with your research. It is fun but takes a lot of time. Diana
