Bio Photo I am a retired resident of Clarkston, Michigan. Six grandchildren keep Cindy and I pretty occupied but I'm always up for a ride on a nice day to obtain a photo.

RE: Ride
Sorry to hear you hung up the wheels. However, given the way people drive these days, motorcycles come really close to getting nailed every day. In fact as we were going some place the other day there was a motorcycle on the side of the road that had taken a dump. Of course, a lot of the cycles drive like idiots -- passing between vehicles too fast, you can't hear them until they are just barely past you and they scare the s--- out of me when they do that. I'm hoping the law gets changed to force the riders to stay in line like the rest of us instead of being allowed to ride the line between lanes. I thought there was a law about the speed of the traffic before a rider could pass like that -- like 30 mph or less, but I've seen them do it at 60 mph - too dangerous, my opinion.

However, I'm sure you have seen a lot of country ridin' with the wind and been to a lot of places I have never been so you can appreciate your experiences and remember them fondly.

I hope you still get out to cemeteries when you can to take those wonderful photos of graves you do so well.

Anyway, thanks for the update. Keep travelin' by car though - a whole lot safer except when the crazies are out and about. Just had a crazy driver in the parking lot pass us like a bat out of h... as we were leaving an Oakland A's game last night. After he passed us, he then made a right turn in front of three lanes of traffic coming out of the stadium at an unholy speed. I wish I were a cop with a blue ball on my car--he would have gotten about a zillion charges thrown at him. Way too fast! And dangerous.

Lizzie Beardslee - Sashabaw Cem
Ken: Thanks for the catch on the duplicate. Looks like not only was she listed as Lizzie twice, but also as Elizabeth "Lizzie" or "Lizie". Have requested the two that were Lizzie be deleted via Find A Grave that were mine, but also requested the remaining Lizzie Beardslee posted by Mark to be deleted as well. So now, all the Lizzies have become Elizabeth's. Lynn Warren, who is now deceased had originally created them, then transferred them to me before he passed as he was not a Beardslee descendant, but I am. He was working the other connections that he and I had in common.

Have you taken any bike road trips this summer? If so, where and for how long?

Photo request
Thank you Ken for taking care of my photo request! You are the best! Very interesting gravestone, don't you think? I had no idea it would be so different. Thank you again, for your time and effort, lovely picture!

Vandora Ann Troxler Purcell entry
I sent an email to the other person to see if he will add my bio to his entry, Once he does that I will delete mine because I had her in the wrong cemetery also.

Hopefully he will be willing to do that because I hate to lose the bio info.

But our two entries were alike other than that.
