Cemeteries are the most peaceful places on earth. I enjoy strolling through them, acknowledging the lives of those who walked before me.|
In addition to photographing graves, I spend time in cemeteries contemplating life, mulling over problems and praying. They have a way of reminding me to keep an eternal perspective.
Feel free to use any of my grave photos for your own personal use, but please ask permission before posting on another website. Thank you.

Thank you for contributing to Weldon's grave website. I am his grand-niece. I was wondering where you found the obituary information. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You are doing great work!
Regarding the subject memorial, what is the source for the actual dates of birth and death? Only the years are on her marker. If you have additional info or notes on it, I'm trying to determine her maiden name.

You are most welcome!

Thank you for all of your work posting info on this website. I see that you have posted info regarding my husband's great great grandfather - Lt. S.W. McCormick in Rico, Colorado (you added June 20, 2009). If you please, transfer ownership of his page to me - as I would like to update and maintain. Thank you! So appreciated. Lora K.

|Karen Hanger Parham||Risley family|
I am looking for information on Emory and Margaret Risley who last lived in Perry County MO around 1884? I see you have information on find a grave of a sibling of Clyde Belle's who was probably a cousin to my relatives. My great grandmother Flora Risley and her sister Dora, who died around 17 and was buried in a Pullum grave, were apparently left with this family and for my great grandmother until she was married at 16 to Sylvester Shaw. But it seems as if their parents Emory and Margaret disappeared with no trace. I have contacted Illinois surrounding counties and Perry County with no help. Sometimes when someone is in charge of a find a grave they are a relative so I didn't know in your case, if so, and if you were familiar with the family. I have traced Emory's family to the 1600's but don't know what happened to him. Thanks for any help! Karen Oh and my email is RememberYHWH@Gmail.Com
Thank you - I will try the link.
