Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been doing Genealogy since 1990. I am researching my family history and my wife' family history. I am also doing a complete Carkin genealogy which is my mother-in-laws family. In March 2010 I decided that it was time to join find a grave. I am posting memorials for all the burials that I have in my family tree. I am also posting photos as I take them.

The major names that I am searching are:
Hastings,Luther,MacDonald,Norstrom,Nutting,Patch,Tait, and Wright.

If any information I enter is incorrect or you wish to add something just let me know. I prefer that you use the "Suggest a Correction" feature behind the 'Edit' tab on the memorial. Thank you.

Thomas Hastings 1605
Can you help me with any documentation proving Thomas Hastings 1605 is the son of Henry Hastings 1578? I thought I had it at one time but now just keep find that the parents of Thomas are unknown.

The bio has an error that's easily corrected. Katherine was taken under the protection of Richard III. Shakespeare had a few words on the subject in, "Richard III"

Memorial #59393049

Hello Mr. Brien,

Will you kindly e-mail me with your regular e-mail address? My e-mail address is as follows:

I am reticent about posting my remarks to the message center as the work of a third person is involved.

Forgive me if I seem to be a tad cryptic, but
I believe the bio needs some remedial attention.
I would like to provide you with correct data and additional information for the bio for the mother of Mary Ball Washington.

Thanks you,
Betty Arnold Henderson

Schaghticoke history
Hello- I am the town historian in Schaghticoke. A friend is looking for the burials of Ralph and Hannah Nutting, which you say are in Elmwood. They are not in my records of the cemetery- and you don't have photos of the stones. Just making sure that you saw them there. Thanks.

Sarah (Nurse) Sawyer
F.A.G. # 60615242 is now no longer listed on this site. Why is that? Did you remove it or did F.A.G?

I have many other sources that "prove" that she is a daughter of Francis Nurse, Jr. and Sarah (Craggen) Nurse. Did you transfer the maintenance of the page to someone else and perhaps they deleted it?

Please let me know what you know about this particular memorial.

Thank you,

Hi Bob -
I'm very interested in this Mary Hall, as I descend from her son Elijah. Please contact me at I'd like to learn the sources you have for her maiden name being Cross and her father being Elijah.

My children are Ameys. the Crawford cemetery is not that far from me. I looked over every stone... made my kids come with me and help. I could not find Micah's. but I found Capt Wm Amy.

most of the Ameys in this area are in the Indian Stream Cemetery in Pittsburg NH. One of the Amy boys, Charles I think, tore up all the stones and changed the names to AMEY.

I wanted to find Micah the 1726 one..he is the 4th great grandfather of my children.. my youngest son is Micah.
