RE: Matteson Family of Upstate New York
Unfortunately no, I do not know the wife's name. Supposedly they were from Rhode Island, that is all I know. Thank you for your reply.

Matteson Family of Upstate New York
I see you have a lot of "Matteson's" in your line. Do you know anything about a Sophronia Matteson (1815-1858) married to Michael Parker Briggs (1809-1864) Bulington, Otsego County, New York? Her father was supposedly Silas Matteson.

RE: Langford Weaver Lot question
We did clean up the lot. Also made sure it was added to the town plat maps as we heard that a developer would be working in that area.

We found many fieldstone markers that did not have any carving on them. Although I say fieldstones, someone did take the time to shape them so that they resemble what we identify as "gravestones."

The only three that had inscriptions I posted. Perhaps your Phebe was one of the uninscribed fieldstones?

Thanks for trying to find her headstone for me. It was there in 1995 according to the RI cemetery database, but apparently not now.

Relph headstones
Thank you for taking the time to find and photograph their headstones for me.

Looks like they are in sad shape.

Jonathan, I just submitted an update for this memorial. I accidently put her father down as husband. Please fix for me if you can. Thank you.

I attempted this morning to find vital record sources for your edits linking the different Johnsons to their parents but was unable to verify this.

Please read my contributor's page concerning edits and send me your research source/vital records so that I can cite it on the proper memorial page.

Thank you,
