Feel free to use any of the photos or information I have contributed in your personal trees. So many have shared with me, I want to pass that on to other researchers|
I will be happy to transfer any of the Memorials I have created unless they are close family of mine.
If corrections are needed, please use the EDIT feature on each memorial and follow the instructions. I do want accuracy and welcome any assistance in attaining that.
My family lines are from Wade, Johnson, Rhodes, Steward, Peeler, Brunt, Crow and McElroy. I grew up in Attala Co., MS near the communities of Berea, Chapel Hill and Bear Creek and graduated from French Camp Academy.

Ha - you've already made contact with Brenda Ashford - that's awesome! We're after the same thing: more information on Martha Brunt and her family. My email is amys4bears at yahoo dot com.

|Brenda Ashford||Martha Brunt McCain|
You are more than welcome to use the photo of Martha Brunt McCain. She was my great, great grandmother. I see that you are a descendant of her brother George Washington Brunt. Could we talk further about the McCain family? Would you be willing to let me look at your family tree on ancestry? I also see that you have corresponded with our cousin Amy. Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Any chance we can talk about your Attala Brunts? My Pettys and Thomases moved to East Texas from Carroll/Attala in 1913, and one of the grandmothers on the trip was a Brunt -- Martha (1842-1922), sister of your George Washington Brunt.

Janette, please don't take your photograph down! Thanks for the reply. I need to take a visit to the area and meet my cousins. Hope you enjoyed your vacation.
|Vicki Hittson||Charles E "Tiny" Hittson Photo|
Hello Janette! Do you recall the Des Moines, New Mexico Cemetery where some of my Hittson cousin rest? Your photo for Tiny is only a "Hittson" marker. Was there a marker for Tiny as well?

You recently corrected some mistakes on my grandmother's memorial page, but one error remains. Down in the newspaper account of the obit, it says "born Dec. 28, 1885". It should say "born Dec. 28, 1895".
|Martha Segrest Dickey||mother of Marshall Manning Wade|
Hi. I guess we are cousins through our ancestors Marshall Manning Wade and Sintha Steward Wade. I was wondering if you know anything about Marshall's mother Florence Lucinda Ivey? I was told that she was a full-blooded Cherokee.
Do you know where she and her husband are buried? Where she was born? Who her parents are? Or anything else?
Thanks for all you've done to take care of our ancestors information and graves.
Martha Segrest Dickey

I would like to know if you know anything about the Click family. Possibly Newton 's wife.

You are very welcome! I enjoy walking and exploring! Beautiful cemetery!

You are very welcome. The date 1865 is for another name to the left on the plaque. This site has all those who died and were buried in Greenlawn Cemetery. There are nine plaques total and I believe they are listed by state.
