I have been working on my family tree since April of 2011, and so far have over 10,000 family members. I have learned a lot from doing this and have enjoyed every moment! I have traveled many miles to get photos, information, & many documents! I have met many of my living relatives and would love to bring them all home with me but that is impossible! I embrace each and every one of them as if I had known them my whole life, but have known them, or met SOME only once! My life has been enlightened and enriched by this journey. If you are able to physically do this, please do it before you become disabled. You might be surprised how friendly America really is by doing so. Lots of warm, friendly, helpful, & EXTREMELY nice people out there to help in your journey!|
Please remember the rules for using photos that you didn't take yourself. Give credit where credit is due!
Any corrections or transfers will be gladly taken care of.

|Cheryl Manley||RE: Boyd or Royce Manley|
He was the son of Dolph & Mary. Died the year after Dolph at age 18 or 19 in a TB Sanitorium.
Dolph had a tragic life. His first wife, May Fannie Mosely died age 19 from Typhoid Fever leaving an infant son, Sam Frank. He gave Sam to her parents to raise. I don't know his cause of death, but he died in his 20's & is buried in Toccoa next to his grandparents. May Fannie is buried all alone in Carnesville.
His children with Mary did not fare much better. Edwin died at age 10 when a playmate accidentally shot him. Then Boyd. The other son, Julian, never married- so Dolph has no descendants.
Your right , I think I was listing them and for some reason got off on the wrong cemetery page on him?? I'll have Find A Grave merge them.
Tank you for the additional information. I've added it.

I have verified dates on marker with SSI.
If you wish you can request a photo from the memorial.
I live in Florida and Darryl is unable to take photos at present time. Thanks for you input.
I believe the unknown Davidson is Mattie W. Davidson, wife of W.M. Davidson, and mother of the two infants listed. W.M. Davidson is my ggrandfather from his second marriage.

Penny, I also added "Unmarked" tombstone pictures to these memorials. I was hopeful markers were placed. Thank you again for responding to my Find A Grave request for pictures. Doug McBroom, Aurora CO

Penny, I added a picture of "unmarked" tombstone to Margaret's memorial (#135950699). Again, many thanks from Rocky Mountain Country for all your help. Doug McBroom, Aurora CO

Thank you for bringing this matter to my attention. I found where B. Hastings has the right A J Wallace in Arkansas, and he has posted his picture there. I have asked him to remove his picture from this memorial. I have removed his Bio from this memorial.
Again thank you!
|Doug McBroom||Margaret A. ROWELL|
Penny, many thanks for contacting me. Her AL Death Certificate has "Burial, Cremation, or Removal" as Coleman School, Nov 8, 1934, undertaker, R.A. Heuson(sp?), Excel, Ala." Her nephew Steve ROWELL's wife was the informant, signing Mrs. Steve ROWELL. We assumed Margaret was buried in Coleman Cemetery, by her brother William Slidell ROWELL, his wife Cassie, and dau Emma ROWELL BUTTS. My cousin also told me he didn't find a tombstone in Coleman Cemetery for Margaret. Do you have other information? Appreciate you checking.
Doug McBroom (ROWELL Family), Aurora CO
|Lois Harriman||Van Burke Photo Request|
I added a photo to the Van Burke memorial. The marker is the same marker for the VanNorman Burke memorial. So it appears that there are two memorials for the same person. Just wanted to let you know about that other memorial.
Enjoy the springtime!
