Most of these memorials are based on personal research from my family history (birth, death, marriage, military & other records). Other information was taken from grave markers or obituaries that I've discovered over the years. Cannot guarantee the accuracy of all these memorials, but believe most of them to be correct.
Will be glad to make memorial transfers upon request that is if related. Would very much like to hear from you and should you have any additional information and if there are any corrections to be made, please let me know.

You appear to be related to the LeSueur family in Buckingham Co., VA. I'm currently transcribing admission records for patients who died atWestern State Hospital in Staunton, VA and found a record for an O. J. LeSueur (b.1876-d.1921)that may be a missing relative of yours. He was admitted to WSH in 1906 and died there in 1921 but he was not buried at the hospital cemetery.
If you would like, I can send you a JPG image of the admission record for your research.
Please reply to this email with your email address and mention LeSueur, patient # 7462 and I will send you the record.

I can take this one. She is my grandmother. Also her husband James W Smith is my grandfather.

Hi! Nice to virtually meet you. Thank you for having such good records up of this line.
I am the great granddaughter of Mary J Harris (Woodward) and her mother was Minnie LeSueur.
I just recently got into the research of family members since the passing of my father and Aunt (Mary's kids). I thought I would reach out to you and say Hello! If you have any information you could share to help me build a strong history of the family that would be so cool.

Death of Mrs. W.C. Clegg
Mrs. Cora Clegg, wife of Prof. C.W. Cleegg, died at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. J.B. Pitts, near Zebulon Wednesday morning. She had been ill only five days. She leaves three children, the youngest only a few days old. Her husband and parents have the sympathy of their friends in her death. Surely the death of a young mother who leaves small children is the saddest of all deaths. Funeral services were held at Flat Rock church yesterday and were conducted by Rev. W.H. Speer. The interment took place in the old Green burial ground.
|Cindy||James Eldon Kerley - Daniel Kerley Cemetery|
First, thank you for all your work as a contributor to Find a Grave. I see you manage the James Eldon Kerley grave at the Daniel Kerley Cemetery in Macon County, TN, ID# 55339273. I believe he is a relative of mine and noticed that there is another James Kerley with the exact same birth and death dates showing up at the James Kerley Cemetery in Trousdale County, TN, ID#134899473. Is there a stone at this cemetery with this exact information on it? I will also contact the individual who manages the other site. Any info you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thanks - Cindy

Linda Abbott (#46625944)
Hello, I was wondering if you know what happened to the woman (see above) who is in charge of the Connet Allison Speir memorial. Her messages has been disabled. I would like to discuss some of the information posted as I do not think it is correct.
I noticed that you posted a message with your flowers on the Speir memorial. You used the first initial of "C" for Allison Speir's name. I have not found the name Connet associated with this Allison Speir. There was a Connet Speir who lived in Monroe Co., GA. This Allison Speir did not live in Monroe Co., GA. I am wondering if the two have been confused or if there is some documentation that I am not aware of. Allison Speir is recorded twice in a family Bible of a distant relative of mine. The name Connet is not used. Also, date of birth based on his age of 61 years, 10 months and 27 days at date of death October 24, 1865 should be Sunday, November 27, 1803. I am wondering where the December date came from. I have even found people calling him Judge. I would like to see the supporting documentation for this. Don't know if you can help me or do anything about what is posted, but you never know. I descend from Allison Speir through his son, Alfred A. Speir.
Looking forward to hearing from you,
