RE: J[ohn] E BROCKWELL
Jean,

In order to be listed within the memorial, Ann's links from HER memorial must be set up. If Ann has a memorial entry, then you have to use the "Family links: [Edit]" option, which only appears if YOU are the creator/manager of that memorial. In order to get the links set up for a memorial managed by someone else, you have to submit an "Edit" request (with the "Edit" tab) which will send an email to the current owner/manager of the memorial entry. To do that, however, you have to have found or know the specific memorial ID number(s) that you wish to provide for the other person. Once the edit request is complete and the other user processes it, she will appear as a child in the list. For example, go to Anna's memorial (61066066), click on the "Edit" tab and then click on the "Relationship (parent and spouse links)" choice. In the window for father, enter John's memorial number (61066057) and in the window for mother, enter Elizabeth's memorial number (61066055). Then click on "Submit Edit". You have to allow the owner/manager of Anna's memorial some time to (first) find the edit request and (second) process the edit. I think that an edit submitted has a certain time for being "dormant," and then the system will automatically process it if the current manager of the memorial doesn't do it.

Hope this helps...

--Neil

RE: J[ohn] E BROCKWELL
Jean,

Regarding John E. Brockwell... No, I am not related that I know of. There seems to be a rather distant family connection through his daughter, Lillie Mae, who married into the Austin family. Lillie's husband, Samuel Jackson Austin, was the son of John Kyle and Sarah E. (Keplinger) Austin. Sarah's older brother, James Madison "Matt" Keplinger and Susan Elizabeth (Boring) Keplinger eventually have a granddaughter, Annabell, who marries into the Garber family, which is where my connection comes into play. Annabell's husband, Johnnie Ray Garber, was a distant cousin.

Thanks Jean. It's an addiction and relatively inexpensive hobby. I enjoy doing it and I'm always delighted when others find the information I provide useful.

RE: WILLIAM G. BUNTON
The only thing I know about him is what's on his grave marker. The first time I went up there the grave must have been covered in ivy. The recent activity of cutting down trees and vehicle traffic has cleared it away. He was a WWI veteran and his grave marker was provided by the VA They will have a record of who ordered it.

Hello~
Hello Jean,
No, I am not related to your grandmother, and did not know her - I love looking at memorial pages, and was just passing by, and left her a remembrance :) She looks like she was a very lovely lady, and I am sure she was a very special grandmother.

I wish you a blessed and beautiful day!
Sincerely,
Evangeline

Yes Jean, I am related to these two through their daughter Elizabeth Belle, but can't tell you much more. All of my genealogy stuff is packed in boxes.
We are nearing the end of a major remodel. The project should be complete by the first of the year.
If you would like to correspond more at a later date my email is annare55@hotmail.com
Happy Hunting,
Anna

Living people are not suppose to be entered on Find a Grave. If they have no memorial, and you want to make one, even though they are living, that is up to you, but usually we are not allowed to enter living people. Otherwise, you could type in the bio section of the parents memorials, the children's names. Check the Find a Grave main info section, and I am pretty sure living people are not to be entered, unless they have special okay from Find a Grave.

RE: Barbara Ann Tester
The only way you can add the children,is to go to each of the children's memorials, on the top is an edit tab, click on that and among other things, there are two, like boxes at the top, one says mother one says father, and one says spouse. You put the numbers in for their parents, and they will automatically connect them. Even if someone else has their memorials, you can still use the edit tab.
That is the only way. I hope this helps, if not, let me know, I will try to help you more.
