Bio and Links
Bio Photo One of my hobbies is driving through cemeteries taking pictures of gravestones and then searching the internet and newspaper archives to see if I can find information for the departed buried there.
I will be happy to transfer any memorial if you are a direct relative (or friend).

Emil Porath
I am looking for information on Emil Porath. He was the husband of Edna Elizabeth Degner Porath, my aunt, and is buried in the Newell Iowa Cemetery. If you have some information would you share it with me. Thank you.

Pleasant Hill, Aurelia
Just a heads up that all graves on the west side of the road at Pleasant Hill have been documented as of early last week. Not sure if I'm going to dive into the main cemetery right now, as the coverage there is really stellar and it kind of wastes my time, esp with no cell service. You're doing a fantastic job in that cemetery. Thank you! So many of my grandparents' people are there! <3 I thought I was going to have to rewalk it bc I missed Jerry Matzdorff, but no - I just started in the totally opposite corner. haha. Story of my life. :)

Catch you later!

Earl Hart
My correction - not Hymer Swomley. Was William Heimer Swomley. Also, I think his was May 23. One could obtain Earl's record from the orphanage (as Gilbert Swomley) if you proved a relationship. Judy Nelson
