The Jackson Progress-Argus January 8, 1926
Mr. J. R. Folds Died Monday Near Jackson.

Martin, of Griffin, and Mrs. F. E. McClendon, of Jackson; two brothers, Messrs. N. F. Folds, of Hampton, and J. F. Folds, of Griffin; a sister, Mrs. J. F. Lewis, of Hampton. You have this grave as J L Folds and as Row 3 Plot D.
Row 3 Plot D is also what you have listed for Sallie Johnson Folds (Find A Grave Memorial# 53274928).
This leads me to believe these graves are adjacent or...?
In any case, Sarah "Sallie" Johnson was married to John Robert Folds c1853 - Jan. 4, 1926 --and you have it noted she was married to J R Folds.
John Roberts Folds' obituary says he was buried at Union Church (now known as Ringgold Baptist).
I can not make out the the initials on the headstone.
Is it possible that it actually says J R?

They sadly no longer have that issue available for some reason. Thanks anyways though. At least I have the source info now.

You posted a news clipping from the Daily Chattanooga Rebel newspaper from 1864, which mentioned the death of Allen Porterfield, my fiancee's 4th great-grandfather. Do you know where I could access this newspaper, and what page number his death notice appeared on? I need the page number to properly cite the source. Thanks.

On 4/16 when I visited NJ Agee's page, you had posted the hospital admissions and deaths. It also listed your source. However when I visited the page on 4/17 the source was no longer there. Would you please send me the source as I wish to research when NJ was admitteds? firstname.lastname@example.org
