Bio Photo I transcribe and photograph cemeteries/grave sites because I know there is someone out there who can't make the trip or who doesn't really know where their loved ones resting place may be. My Motto: By Preserving Our Past, We Prepare For The Future!jhh That one transcription or photo CAN make a difference!

This pix is of my baby girl (Toni Stewart), she is named after Tony Stewart of NASCAR.

If you want to use any of my photos, please let me know first.

For those of you that leave flowers for my family, I Sincerely Appreciate it!

I have added a photo for Felix.. It says he was born in 1848...This is a tad young for civil war service, but not impossible...I looked for a record of his service and could not find a reference in the Civil War for him. Maybe someone else has some more info about him....

RE: Margaret Pearl Wallace Lanier 57509835
I've noted on her memorial page, that the information I have stated came from her mother's bible, my grandmother. She is my aunt, my father's sister.

RE: cemetery books
Thanks, no rush. I have one other question.. There is a mausoleum with E. Moran above the door. I see there is one Edward Moran listed in the Catholic cemetery. There are many Moran's with no grave photos. Is there any notation of Edward, being the owner and being interred in the Mausoleum or any other Morans in there. Thanks... I do not have the books and your help is always greatly appreciated... Candace

Thank you...
...for honoring Willis Carrier today. He doesn't get many flowers. I'm terribly sorry for the loss of your son. May he rest in peace.

cemetery books
I was wondering, in the reference that you have about the Catholic Cemetery, are the Sisters of Mercy nuns group together, as the Civil War people were? I have a number of stones for this group of nuns that are only partially readable and if I had the list of nuns buried there, I may be able to decipher what some of them areso I could add to the cemetery records. It seems like to me that the church could contribute a few thousand dollars to renew these stones before they disappear totally. I think I have about 10 or 12 that I cannot decipher enough to add them memorials so if you have any listings, maybe you could add the ones that arent already on the find grave site. Then I could add photos as I recognize them. Thanks for any of your help, I think we are getting closer to getting this Cemetery finished.
