Bio Photo Daughter of (the late) The Rev. Robert Martin Feist (see: Fairview Cemetery, Borough of Richmond--Staten Island, New York) and Eileen Anna Laura Miller Feist. Wife of Gregory Jack Stienstra. Master of Library Science, certifications in Archives, Records Management. Archival internship at The American Bible Society, Columbus Circle, Manhattan. Archivist Sullivan County Community College (Hermann Memorial Library 1974-2001) from its time of inception-2001. Egyptology. Biblical archeology. Egypt trip 1995. Will be buried with The Feists at Fairview, under the Italian Carrera marble angel atop an obelisk crafted by K. Feist and Sons Grampey Memorials (New Dorp), of which my father was a member, yet, buried in the plot of Andrew Jackson Miller, my maternal great-grandfather. This plot was first occupied by Bertram William Miller, son of Andrew, a jockey killed on the racetrack at Louisville, Kentucky. (His records are held at The National Horseracing Museum in Saratoga Springs, New York-- a gift of Eileen Miller Feist.) Also occuping the plot: Anna Laura Decker Miller, wife of Andrew Jackson. Their other son, Lester Wallack Miller (my paternal grandfather) and his wife -- Elsie Blaum Miller (born: Appolonia Elisebeth Blaum).These parties are located in the front of the tombstone: The Lester W. Millers to the extreme left, Bertram W. is alone in the middle of the stone, and to the right is Andrew Jackson and Anna Laura. Directly behind the tombstone is my earthly father, The Rev. Robert Martin Feist. His wife, my mother will be atop him. We will be directly to their left of them. To the right will be unoccupied, unless we have children/etc. who may want this remaining grave(s). Father's family is located in Moravian Cemetery located in New Dorp, Staten Island.

I guess Find A Grave needs to do something else to make this easier a check besides the Find A Grave number like maybe name and dates before record is added

Hi ,
Researching my mothers family. Her parents were Clifford Goette, and Mary Rose Goette. Nicknames Chip and May. My Mothers aunts would of been Adeline, Mabel, Uncles ,Roy, Henry. There are more though. Resided in Queens NY , North Salem NY ,and Inverness Florida. Her cousins are Chip ,Jane and Beverly.

traied to get a hold of you several times about this...also tried to get Find A Grave to do something to no avail

married Elizabeth Houpt, born August 4, 1766; died November 4, 1822.

Anna Margaret, married Nicholas Gouldy;

Philip, married Ann Shutt;

Elizabeth, married Andrew Keel;

Samuel, married Eliza Whitby;

Hannah, married Philip Shambough.

Martin married wife # 2) December 11, 1823, Mrs. Anna Elizabeth Sterigere, born January 1, 1770; died June 21, 1853.

Anna Elizabeth Sterigere was the widow of Peter Sterigere, sister to his first wife.

Martin and first wife Elizabeth Houpt are interred in the churchyard of St. John's Episcopal church, Norristown, Pennsylvania.

Martins first place of residence was in Horsham township,
second Gwynedd township,
third Providence township, 1803;
fourth Norriton township, where he purchased April 5, 1810, a farm of 104 acres of John Brown

He was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran church, North Wales

(known as "the yellow church"). He was elected a deacon of this church November 16, 1796. His residence at that time was in Gwynedd Township..."
