Bio and Links
Bio Photo Please don't hesitate to suggest corrections, changes or additions! I will gladly transfer any memorials as well ..I would love to have ALL of them claimed by their families!

I believe that the marker is the final word. As an example: if Mr. Smith wanted William Smith on his marker he would have put it there. If he put Billy Smith, I prefer to not change the memorial. I would be happy to add William James Smith in the bio section if such a request is made. If I did change it to William, someone else might see the marker and enter a duplicate using Billy again.

It is much more interesting to have more than first-last-born-died on memorials. So, many, many thanks goes to 'klh' who researches and adds so much info to memorials. Kudos Karlene!

As so many others have posted, using the edit tab to request transfers and make edits is soooo much easier!

Kallman Headstone
Hello I'm just wondering are you a relative of the Kallmans? I'm their cousin and they were asking to see if you were related? Thank you Lorna Bailey

RE: Grace Turner
If I find that a record has different dates then the marker I add a note to that fact.
I've been working with another Find A Grave member to update memorials made that were transferred to me and if there are duplicates get the duplicate updated and request that memorials be merged or delete one of them. We have been working together for about a month now. I do my best to find records to back up my edits.

RE: Grace Turner
That is exactly as I would have done.
I could not read the dates on the memorial.
It seems that so many of the markers have different dates then what the records show.
Thank you for doing the edits & adding info to her bio.

It has been brought to my attention that I have offended you by adding photos to your pages. I do not feel I am better than anyone. I have removed all of the photos from Quinnesec.

I would have appreciated a request from you directly rather than a public slam.

I won't bother you with anymore additions or suggestions in the future.

My sincerest apologies,

RE: Caroline Perry
Hello Elaine:
Ifound the death record for Caroline Perry and it says she is buried in Kawkawlin cm. Which is Calvary Cm. I have a picture of the marker here someplace. I just looked in her book and its not there. I took pictures of all the Jones and smith family markers and the Perry's that I could find. I'll check out findagrave and see if I put the picture on there. YOu can get a copy of her death record free for the printing if you go to and look at graves for 1907.
