I have no ancestors in the area in which I live (Galion, Crawford County, Ohio) - but am close to a couple of local cemeteries where I could go to take photos if needed. Especially close to Fairview Cemetery, Leesville Cemetery, and a couple of other tiny cemeteries whose names I don't know yet.|

|Kathryn Johnson Duncan||William J Nicholson #40637292|
Hi, are you related to him? I have a will from my grandfather (William Johnson) that leaves his grandson (William J Nicholson) $1,000 in 1863, stating if he doesn't survive the civil war, it's to be divided amoung his living children. I am looking for him. My grandfather's family lived in Guernsey County, Ohio.
thank you kindly, if you have any info on this person's childhood please tell me. :-)

Are you related to Pansy? She was my grandmother's sister. I have a photos of her. Her mother was Gerteude Briesacher Sargent. Her sister is Violet Vivian Roots. Both have Find A Grave memorials. I manage Violets. Gertrude was holding my grandmother as she died. Asthma attack. She asked for her baby (she was approx 6 mo old) as she was dying. After death sons were kept to do farm work but girls were sent away. Pansy was adopted but my grandmother was passed from person to person her whole life.
Hello.......this is also a duplicate. Thanks!

|Names in Stone||RE: Charlotte Bunny|
I did more research and found her in an 1870 census living in New York. Still could not find any connection to the Hawkins family. I believe the memorial should stay as is. If you find anything, please let me know.

I try to be able to "prove" all of the facts on my memorials, I could not find anything on HAWKINS as her maiden name, could you please send me what you have that shows that, so I can reference it on the memorial. Or if you want, I will gladly transfer to you. Just let me know.
I did the SAC for Catherine Jordan's maiden name after doing a bit of research. I found the article on her son that confirmed the name, and then I got intrigued with the search. I linked her to her husband, Mills. I was also able to locate three of her children, John W., Mary Ellen Holbrook and Rebecca Clark Hill and have sent SAC's to update and link them. I've had no luck locating the other two daughters so far (Maria and Sarah). I see you have a photo request for Mills Jordan. Sec. 4 of the cemetery is one of the areas where they did a lot of individual burials, rather than family plots and about 60% - 70% are unmarked. If the plot numbers are correct, Mills and Catherine are not buried close to each other. In fact, the 1891 map of the cemetery does not even have a lot #59, but if it exists it would have to be in the middle of a former pathway. If there are stones they are probably fallen and buried, as I have photographed everything readable in the section. I am on vacation in less than a week, and will got out there and take another look around.

|Lee Winters III||Joseph and Mary Long|
Okay, now it seems to be flipping the photos. I will have to try taking them again......
|Lee Winters III||Re: Joseph and Mary Long|
In addition to the names of Joseph and Mary Long, the names of two daughters seem to be on another side - Annie A. and Agnes M. Long. I saw nothing on the other two sides. I am uploading close-up pictures to the memorials here.
