If you find that one of my memorials is of someone you are related to and you would like a transfer, please click the "Edit" tab and tell me of your relationship. I will be happy to transfer the memorial to you if your request is within Find-A-Grave guidelines.|
You are welcome to contact me either through a Public Message or directly to my email address. Please note, however, that messages sent to my email address that look at all suspicious (ie: having a spammy subject line or from a disreputable domain name) will be immediately deleted without being opened. If you send me an email and I do not respond please re-send your inquiry through the Edit tab in Find-A-Grave. I reply to all legitimate inquiries.
If you have your Find-A-Grave messages disabled and do not list an email address in your profile, I will not honor your transfer request. I may, however, accept anonymous Edits and SACs if I believe that they are legitimate.
I consider the gravestone photos that I have taken for Find-A-Grave to be in the Public Domain. You are therefore free to use the photos I have taken without asking my permission or giving me credit.
I do occasionally post death certificates to Find-A-Grave memorials but only for unmarked graves or undated grave stones.
Also, please know that I occasionally find that I have taken gravestone photos for memorials that already have existing photos. If my photo is markedly better because the existing photo is crooked, uncropped, overcropped, taken from a distance, or taken from a poor angle, I will go ahead and add my photo. Please do not contact me to advise or complain that I have "duplicated" an existing photo. Thank you for your understanding.

Thank you for the headstone photo of Gladys Webb.
|Lila Cole||Harris Cemetery / George Boone Cemetery|
Please know that I did not create the Harris Cemetery page, nor did I create the page for Robert Harris. If you go to his page #139400301 you will see the page was originally created by gst14 (#47838936), and I would imagine the cemetery was created by that person as well.
At a later date, that person transferred management of the page to me, and now I am trying to track down the historic source information that would indicate that he and his wife are buried at what is being referred to as the George Boone Cemetery.
When people submit changes I always verify the information before acting on the submission. Is there any transcription in existence that would indicate who was buried there, besides someone just telling me? I had hoped to be able to have a conversation by email about where I could find this list that is at another cemetery or something?
I tried to find a transcription or the cemetery itself listed somewhere on the internet, with no luck. If I knew where it was, I could request a photo from a findagrave volunteer or something? I would appreciate being able to communicate about this, because they were my 6xg-grandparents and I have proven DNA links that other descendants can use to prove their connection, and to my Boones.
For now I will move them to start the process but I need some kind of source in the long run.
Thanks so much.

Thanks so much for finding and taking the photo of Clarence Sandage's grave! I truly appreciate all of your work, and wouldn't have been able to do that myself for quite a long time! Julie
