Bio

I have been doing research on and off about 45 years, I still enjoy learning new things about various branches of my family.
When I started on Find-A-Grave the memorials I added or managed were either ancestors, close family members or people I had known most of my life in one way or another.
Recently I began adding memorials for people buried in older cemeteries that seem to have been forgotten. I have also added memorials from old death certificates and then I go to Ancestry to locate as much for the memorial as possible.
Any memorials transferred over to me are also added to when possible. I like to add obituaries, parents and any type of extra data I can locate to each memorial.
Without adding some of this information or a couple of family members, even a little history for them it's very hard to tell if you have found the right person for your family files and for future generations. If I have added anything a family member doesn't like - I will delete it.
I do take photos of headstones when I visit the cemeteries and have added hundreds to the memorials although the numbers aren't showing here. You are welcome to use my photos, as long as they are for your own records. Whenever they are used on the public websites like Ancestry.com or Familysearch.org please post source as to who took them, whether it be me or someone else.
Transfer requests should follow the Find-a-grave guidelines (i.e. direct relative to four generations and not directly related to me). I do hope that once I transfer you will add or correct anything to the memorial. Otherwise why transfer.
If you have corrections, additions or request transfers please use the edit button on the memorial page which is located above the photo. Then choose the suggest a correction/or addition hyperlink. I always try to do corrections as soon as possible and will give you credit for the addition.

PLEASE DON'T PUT YOUR FULL TREE TO THE FLOWER MEMORIALS! If you have links to ancestors please pass them on and they will be connected. Otherwise just say they are a ancestor and you would like to meet other family members to exchange information. Thank you!
