I am 33 years old, originally from Arizona, but I have been in Idaho for 18 years. I met my wife at BYU-Idaho, and we now have two beautiful daughters and two adorable sons. I have been obsessed with genealogy since I was very young, and I am happy to help others find their ancestors.|
Lately I have been getting multiple requests for the same action in the same week. Please be patient. I generally take care of all of my emails on weekends, because I have a lot keeping me busy during the week. If I don't fulfill your request within a couple weeks, feel free to resend it at that point.
I contribute to this website because I have gotten so much out of it for my own research. I love finding records of my relatives' burials, and especially love when there is a picture of their grave included. My contributions are my way of giving back. I'm not trying to get the biggest numbers on my profile, although I admit that I check my numbers often. (I have a degree in Mathematics, I can't help it.)
I try to add family links, places, middle and maiden names, and any other information I can find to each memorial. If you have this information and I have not included it, please notify me through the Suggest a Correction link under the Edit tab. I usually get to them the following weekend. I will transfer family members, as long as they are not my relatives also, but I ask that if I transfer them to you that you be willing to update the memorial if anyone asks. One thing I hate is a "dead memorial," one that the contributor doesn't take care of and nobody can ever update again.
If you find a birth or death certificate for one of my memorials, please send me the link rather than adding it as a picture to the memorial. I love adding these extra links, and I think it looks better than a picture of a document.
I am also working on getting my entire family, no matter how distant, linked and updated on here. This involves a whole lot of correction emails. I don't generally include source information with my emails, because of the time it takes, but in most cases I have that information handy if requested. If you have received hundreds of emails from me, please be patient. I am not trying to annoy anyone, and I am not in a rush to have it done, I'm just trying to help make this site better for future visitors.
When I find a relative's memorial, I add it to my virtual cemeteries under the branch of my family that they come from. As of Sep 24, 2016, I have 30303 relatives found on Find a Grave. I usually leave flowers on relatives' graves if they don't have any yet, because I don't want any of them to be forgotten.

Regarding the Date of Death- on the headstone it says July 28, 1929 on his death cert. it says July 28,1930 was the headstone carved wrong?

You posted a photo of Silas L. Jenkins in his uniform. He was a Musician 2nd class and served in the 340th Field Artillery, 89th Division during World War One. Do you or any of your relatives have more information about him. I am writing a book about Arizona and WWI.

|Deanna Ivans||Thank you!|
My name is Deanna Ivans, and I've been working on the genealogy for my adoptive mother, Wilma Nell Henderson. She has relatives who have already been profiled on this site, so I've been reaching out to those who have created pages for them to request their pages be transferred to me so I can manage them.
You created pages for Wilma's mother, Amanda C Henderson, and her youngest brother, Donald Theodore Henderson. I really appreciate that you took the time to create the pages. It's wonderful that somebody took the time to do that. If you'd be willing, I would love it if you would transfer their pages to me to manage.I'd like to connect all of the family for geneology.

Louis is my father. When I did his profile in ancestry.com I put St. Johns as the death place. Which is what you show on find a grave. St. Johns has no hospital. He was taken to Springerville, AZ 30 miles away where he died. His Death Certificate says Springerville, AZ. Can you change Find a Grave to the correct Place of Death. I have changed my ancestry.com profile.

I am doing Ellen Manuel's edits for her while she is ill. You requested Park to be listed as Mr. Berry's death location. It should be Park City, not Park. I will accept the edit and then correct it. I just wanted to let you know in case he is in your family tree :)
I also corrected a location on the memorial page of his sister, Eliza Berry Reed.

Thank you so much for the Washburn transfers ... It is very much appreciated.

That is so kind of you, Logan!
How are we related? Through whom are we related?
I keep thinking how exciting it must've been for all the siblings to get reacquainted with Lowell, the one whose "turn on earth" was so brief.
I look forward to connecting with you and learning more.
