Several memorials have been transferred for me to manage. Each person has a father, mother, & perhaps a spouse & child. We all have a story to be told. I hope to go through each one to link family members and add any family information that I may find. If you are a family member of someone I now manage, and they are not a relative of mine, I will gladly transfer to you. PLEASE USE THE EDIT BUTTON with your request to be transferred or to leave any information to be added.

Thanks for adding their memorials from their DCs! A few of us locals have worked that cemetery pretty well, but I am afraid we just missed them. I submitted a couple of Edits to link the family better, and I got out there today to shoot photos of their headstones. It would be nice to rearrange the photos so that the DC is below the headstone shots I think, but only you can do that. I wish Find A Grave would change the way that "other" photos are ordered with Person and Grave photos, but they are working on the new site for now.
Hi there, I saw your comment that Samuel Jeffcoat (sr) was your sixth great grandfather, he is also my sixth great grandfather, here's the train:
Samuel Jeffcoat Sr (1752) > Elijah Jeffcoat > Samuel Morgan Jeffcoat (1840) > Margaret Jeffcoat > Mary Etta Thompson > Mary Louise Garland > My Grandmother > My Mother > Me!
I also am from Texas - Dallas area.

I made the correction to all the pages and found a spot for Edna Finn. Thank you for letting me know.

You are welcome. I posted the picture to the other grave, as you requested.
FYI, we have organized a new Board of Directors for the Madisonville Cemetery Association and our aim is to clean up the cemetery and try to maintain it as best we can with the limited funds at our disposal. Doantions are appreciated! We are having our annual membership meeting on August 5, 2017,at noon, in Madisonville at the First United Methodist Church. We would love for you to attend. Lunch will be provided so we request an RSVP.
I have gotten started on a website for the cemetery, www.madisonvillecemetery.com. It's pretty basic now but I will be working, in the near future to improve it. One of the things I hope to add is an interactive cemetery map, with photos, to help people find their loved ones.
Have a great day!

He was first married to my aunt. Her name was Sally Jane Clutter before she married . She was killed in a car accident at a young age. I will try to get some dates and picture of the headstone. My mother and myself plant flowers there every year for Memorial Day. After my aunt's passing, the family lost touch with Dick( all I ever heard him called) and we were heard over time he remarried. I will try to uncover more information.

Rebecca, would like for you to check out the following Find A Grave #12185854 at the Bishop Mason Mausoleum and Columbarium in Flower Mound, Denton Co., Tx. This is George J. Deane, husb. of Elizabeth J. (Brown) Deane. Could this be the same person as your George A.Deane. The dates are identical.
Thank you, Linda
