RE: Ayers
Hello Karen,
I don't go into findagrave often, only doing it now as my Mother passed away and I am checking out what is posted about her. So, I guess I'm just now seeing this message. Yes, I am an Ayers. My father, who passed away 3/26/97, was William Henry Ayers born 1925. His father was Charley Wesley Ayers born 1872 (yes 1872)in Mississippi. My grandmother was Susan Ara Holt Ayers. His father was Charles Ayers, can't remember when he was born, but he and his wife, Susan Hazard Ayers, married in 1850 had a son William Thomas in 1852. My granddad was the baby of the bunch, there were several. If you think might be related in any way, let me know. My sister, Susan, is the genealogist in the family and has lots of information. Seems natural that she would do this since her name is Susan. FYI she has not been able to find family past Charles and Susan #1.

Martha E Ayers and John Y Reed
There is confusion because there was another Martha Reed and husband John T Reed. Even though this 1860 Hempstead Co AR census says John T, it is clearly written John Y Reed. Martha was with her son, William Rufus Reed, b 1860, in Texas in 1900.

RE: Mary Elizabeth Rupp
Thank you, is there a way I can send you the picture that I have? She is probably around twenty years old.

Mary Elizabeth Rupp
Hi Karen, my name is Debbie I have been trying to find a picture of Mary Elizabeth Rupp to see if she was related to me. I have a picture of a lady that my grandmother just called Aunt Bessie. Mary was married to Andrew Whitlow, Paul's father and that would be my connection to her. My great grandma was a Whitlow. I'm trying to find out if Mary and Aunt Bessie are the same person.
Thank You
