Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been searching for family since my second son was born in 1994.

I am interested in the following families: Akers, Allison, Bublitz, Collins, Cooper, Crowder, French, Harshman, Holstine, Isham, James, Kammer, Mayfield, Nelson, Nichols, Nix, Peyton, Smythe, Strickland, Vernon, Villwock, Zeigler.

I will be happy to take pictures at Greenwood Cemetery, Dallas Tx and those in Duncanville, DeSoto, Ennis, Cedar Hill, Ovilla, Red Oak, Pecan Hill, Waxachaie TX

I would like to thank everyone who uses this site for the wonderful photos and bio's of our loved ones, may they never be forgotten.

Please let me know if you notice any mistakes on posted memorials and I will fix them promptly.

I will be happy to transfer direct family members, please do not request more as it takes considerable amount of time to enter all this information. I WILL NOT transfer entire families because you want a whole family in a certin cemetery. Direct family members would be within four generations such as great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, or siblings. Transfer request must also contain relationship. Please send request for transfer through the correction tab it makes it eaiser to locate the memorial.

Jack Franklin Allison
Saw that you had Jack F Allison. He would have been my great uncle. Didn't know if you knew this but his brother Thomas H Allison, my grandfather, and his wife are also buried at Grove Hill. There's an entry for him on the site but wanted to share that info with you so you can maybe link them as siblings. . It's entry number 91660959.

Thank you so much for the pictures. Several years ago all or most of the graves were photographed but for some reason the pictures were removed. Hate to lose that little bit of history.
Sincerely,
~txroots

Stephen Hicks Miller
Stephen Hicks Miller is listed as "Steven", please correct the name on your page. I left his civil war picture for you and other's to enjoy. Please add his wife Mary Guest. I will add her picture to your data base in future. Thomas A., James P., George Daniel., John Emory, Stephen Hicks II and Martha were their children. James P. my grandfather was a Texas Ranger. RIP great ancestors who settled Texas many years ago.

Thomas F. Collins
#33784512 He was born January 4, 1811 in South Carolina. Died December 6, 1811, buried at Greenwood

The written information has the wrong death date. The entry lists 1880 as death date.

J.D Bond
I was looking for Jesse Bond who was married to Sarah Sypert. They lived in Wilson County Tn. Had a son Thomas Bond. Were on the 1850 census Wilson county Tennessee. I found on rootsweb where he was buried in Dallas county Texas. J D Bond But someone put his name as James. His name was Jesse D Bond. They are in my family. Thomas was born in Wilson County Tennessee. Information on this Bond family would help. I really don't know if it is right or not.

Charlotte (Kissel) Clark
Her memorial # is 97909229.

She was married to Eugene B. Clark (#45686596). Eugene was the older brother of my wife's grandfather Chester Luther Clark. Eugene is buried in the Hall Cemetery, Blue Mound, Illinois, with other members of the 'Clark' family.

I see you created Charlotte's memorial. We had not found anything about her death other than her obituary until today. I put an edit in on Eugene's memorial to link them.

You do not have any other information on where she might have been buried? We would have expected her to be in the Hall Cemetery too. The Hall's are also relatives to my wife's 'Clark' line.

When two of my wife's cousins photographed the Hall Cemetery, they sent us photos of all the relatives buried there. Eugene's grve marker was among them, but nothing for Charlotte. So maybe her marker was destroyed, or maybe one was never placed for her.
