Absalom Barritt
I live near the Cain cemetery and have seen your request. Absalom's wife Livvy is buried in the Cain cemetery, but Absalom is actually buried in Arkansas. Here is his FindaGrave number for there.

and the link

Hope this helps!

RE: Martha Frances Isaacks Taylor
You are so welcome! You were right, according to her stone, which is really hard to read, she was born in 1849! I tried to pull the death year out, but still couldn't make out what it says other than January 16th. (I think!)

RE: L C Bryant
I filled out everything on the edit tab, let me know if it is not there, I can resend the info in a message if it is missing, I sent the note so you would know where I got the information and that it was truly researched. Apologies for the confusion.

Thanks, Jo

Sarah Elzada or Elizabeth Burks Gage
Find A Grave Memorial# 5232963

Thank you for all your hard work. I come across your name often.

I am working on the John Thomas Gage m. Sarah Burks 1893 Carroll Co, AR.

Is this the same Sarah Burks who married John Grubb 1889??? I cannot make this connection.

Do you have access to Moore Cemetery records?? I am looking for the burial location of
John Henderson Gage
BIRTH 17 DEC 1865 Marion, Arkansas, USA
DEATH 02 DEC 1955 Berryville, Carroll, Ark
Tilford Denton Gage
Find A Grave Memorial# 5232966 (Moore Cem.)

Thank you!

Strayer plot.
Not a problem. The sexton lives about 1/4 mile west of the cemetery and usually easy to make contact with if he's not at the cemetery. I'll let you know the results. Ken

RE: jeffres
Hi Dora. Yes, I went looking for Hattie's location for the photo request, and when I found the plot, the only stone there was for James. I took photos of the area so you could see, but no headstone for Hattie. Given the same last name on the stone that WAS there, I assume that Hattie and perhaps others in the family are buried there, but only James was marked. I checked the cemetery online index, and only Hattie and James are listed as in Highland Park.

Sorry, I should have made a memorial for James and taken a closer photo, but it's great that you made the memorial. I went ahead and added one of the area photos to the memorial you made, and I or someone else will need to add a close-up photo of James' headstone another time.
