Did you know? A grove of Aspen trees is connected by one continuous root, just as we are! So me? I'm just another genealogy buff staying up late and trying to connect people to their roots. I have been doing genealogy over 20 years and it's the thing that makes me jump out of bed in the morning with an excitement to start the day.|
If you're just getting started or have hit a brick wall, drop me an email - or pass my contact info on to others who may need help. www.AspenGenealogy.com.
I travel a lot for my job and am happy to take photos as a way to give back to Find A Grave. Happy researching!

Thank you, Kerry,
I am not a "source person" as such. You have given us a list of other property owners and important information. As the owner of a printing company, I was thrilled to learn of his printing press and what he did with it. I will be telling my children and grandchildren about it. So please, unsourced information may bring a "connection" to an ancestor and lead to search for more information. Seawell Brandau

He is my 8th great grandfather.
What is the source of the document you added to Find A Grave? And do you have any idea when it was written? Thank you, Seawell Brandau
|Karen Hill Walker||John & Eve Shaffer Family|
John Shaffer, Sr. and his wife Eve Elizabeth (Kelchner) are my 6th great grandparents.
Their son George Henry Shaffer 1781-1874 and wife Barbara (Slagle) are my 5th great grandparents.
Their daughter Sarah “Sally” (Shaffer) born 1812 and husband George Newton 1805-1874 are my 4th great grandparents.
I am looking for proof that Sarah “Sally” Shaffer was the daughter of George Henry and Barbara (Slagle) Shaffer.
Do you have any info that would help me with my search or a suggestion of where I could look?
Thanks – Karen Walker firstname.lastname@example.org

You are very welcome. Have a good evening!
|Glenda Barry||Gertrude Harker|
You are very welcome! I added the info about her parents. Let me know if you want a transfer, there are several buried there that I can transfer if you like. Take care and thank you for your help.

Memorial# 170373852 is Delbert spouse. I just did a photo request on her, if you want to also add the stone to her memorial. I promise I won't remove the photo request this time.

I don't remember putting in a photo request for Memorial# 128661829. If I did, and then removed it, was because I remove them after several months. Sorry about that. I did not know that you had posted the headstone. So thanks, I really appreciate it.

Yes the 2nd marriage is correct, I have a copy of their marriage certificate. I have 5 children for William Brownlow Nelson.
I have 3 children by his first marriage and 2 with the 2nd marriage.
There may be more, but I can not find them. If you do not care could you send me the name of the rest of the children.
