Would you have a photo of Dr. Sherwood Haggerty that you are willing to share? Our historical association is doing a program on Monticello; Dr. Haggerty was the last resident dr. there.
Dr. Haggerty, Lelia, and Gordon are inscribed on a quilt, and I would like your permission to use the photo of Gordon and his wife.

I recently found your beautiful memorial to Betty Jean Colvin Neff. She was the mother of Belinda Jean Neff (Conner). I recently learned that Belinda died in a bizarre circus accident (fell from trapeze) back in 1991. Do you have any idea where her final resting place is? (I would like to leave some flowers someday). And perhaps you could put me in touch with her next of kin? (I would like to express my condolences - albeit belated).
Thank you for your time,
|Barbara Leipold||Matilda Baumgardner Neff|
Matilda was my Great Great Grandmother. Wiley Morrison Neff was my Great Grandfather. Homer Carson Neff was my Grandfather and Harry Keith Neff was my Father. Please e-mail me at email@example.com. I believe my Grandfather was adopted or given the Neff name by David Neff. I would like more information. Thank you.

Linda: My biological Father was born Dec 15, 1891 in Richmond Virginia. His adopted Father was James David Ford and adopted Mother was Mary. He died when I was 6 yrs of age but he had told my Mother that he was adopted and had two brothers in an orphanage which he tried to locate but never could find them. They presumably were adopted out to other families. My fathers adopted name was Joe David Ford (same as my name) and on an application he implied he did not know the name of his biological parents. I have never known any family on his side and know I must have many family members out there! My father died in 1945 in Houston, Texas.
I had a DNA done recently via Ancestry.com and they posted John Andrew Baumgardner as being a possible relations or that was the implication. Without knowing my Father's biological parents names I know I may never learn who and where my lost family might be located at this stage of my life. What struck me though was the fact he was born in Richmond, VA the same State John Andrew Baumgardner lived and died. I uploaded my DNA file to Gedmatch under Kit #A935065. If there was anyway you could assist me in my search I would be forever greatful! My email address is Jford1938@yahoo.com. Thanks Joe David Ford.

|Candie Freeman||William Lawrence Baumgardner|
You have two photos posted for my entry of William and under one you state he's the son of his grandparents. I also know the photos you posted were taken from Ancestry.com and don't belong to you. This is my family and all the photos you posted for William and his father were taken by you from other web sites. This is against Find A Grave rules, not to mention the law. William's father is John B., buried in the same cemetery as William. John B. has been posted for years by me, but you make a duplicate and even stole my photo to place on yours. Please remove my photo of my gg-grandfather and delete your duplicate entry. I'm sure my cousin on Ancestry would also appreciate you removing the photos you took and altered for William Lawrence Baumgardner. I have asked you about this before over a year ago and it all still remains. Fed up.

I am not sure if you have any relation to the above listed, but if you are I am looking for more information about his first wife Marvella Barcus.
Marvella was the daughter of Hilda Barcus Victor but I do believe that she was raised by her grandfather Raymond Barcus.
Raymond was my great-grandfather.

Hi Linda. I am researching Jay Pat Jarvis (deceased)for his daughter Hannah. Jay decends from Williard William, Robert Thomas, William Henry, Thomas and Abraham. What caught my eye was your post of the Minnie M. Winienger photos. This line has been a dead end for a long time now and it would be fantastic if you could fill in some blanks. Also, do you know anything about Ellis Jarvis. Ellis was deaf. The last Jay's widow knew was that he may have moved to Colorado. If he is still alive she would like to contact him. Thanks for all that you do.
Please note the differences in the birth dates on the stone and the ones listed on the memorial page.
