Sandra and I were both already researchers of our respective genealogies before we met. Now, many years later, we work together on each other's families. Our travels to research family history have taken us to Michigan, Georgia, New York, Massachusetts, England, and Scotland. The trip to Scotland had the most dramatic outcome with the location of Sandra's ancestral home, still known as the Nesbitt House after several centuries.|
I am a retired teacher and Sandra is the retired director of transit services for Polk County, Florida. Sandra is also a caregiver for her 93-year-old father. Our hobbies are genealogy (obviously!), reading, antiquing, and Sandra enjoys quilting. I have a blog about my family's genealogy and invite you to visit it.

I just sent you a couple edits for John, and I meant to include a link to his father Joseph Nesbitt, but somehow the edit got sent before I could insert his number (#28645872), and now FindaGrave won't let me make any more link edits. Oh well! Maybe you could fix it. I was going to explain also that you had what looked like a typo for his death date. You had it as March 16, but it was March 6. John is listed as "J. L. Nisbett" in Franklin Garrett's Atlanta Necrology, and there was a death notice in the Atlanta Constitution for him. It's hard to find though because they really goofed calling him "A. L. Lesbitt." This was on 7 Mar 1911. The next day there was a funeral announcement which was a little more correct with "J. L. Nisbett." Anyway, I just wanted to explain where my edit information came from.

Working on my family tree I see that Eleanor Winegar is on Find-a-grave twice. Darwin Irwin added her in 2006 and you added her in 2011 #77058002. I hope two can get together and do just one memorial for her. Two memorials is just to confusing lol. Thanks

Hi, I'm doing Section 12 in Westview here in Atlanta and I see that you have already created the memorials for Melvin, Lillie and Rudolph. I have a photo of the large stone and all three of their stones together. If you would like me to post it I will and then you can change the order if you wish.

Thank you so much for taking a photo of my grandfather's grave. I attended his funeral in 1962 as a child but I never saw his grave marker. Thank you for your kindness.
