Bio

I am a Mother of five, a third order Franciscan, and a retired Baldwin Community School Teacher from rural Scottville, now living in Ludington, Michigan.
After having photographed all the cemeteries south of U.S. 10, except P.M., I am sorry to say that I am no longer photographing cemeteries due to physical limitations.
My last year has been spent writing a book on the bygone settlements of Mason County, called "Lost Towns of Mason County" and is available from the History Press, Amazon, Walmart.com. and Bookmark in Ludington.
It was my work for Find A Grave that has spawned this book. So if your relatives come from one of these lost towns, you can get more info there.

I will continue to transcribe and clip old newspaper death notices from the Ludington Daily News archives. I am creating a digital file of these for the local library and am adding them on this site for your personal - family use, feel free to copy my work for that purpose.
Hope it helps.

By the way, I am very happy to transfer memorials that are not of my family. Of course if a person is closer related to you, than me ok. The memorials should be kept by family.
