Hi Marilyn, I am new to F.A.G.! I was hoping you could help answer some questions I have about Memorial #61826953 Mary Josephine Wimberly Amos.
M M Amos? Mary Metz Amos?
It is a long family mystery as to who John C Metz b. Mar 30, 1888 correct Mother or Father is. From Census records it has John attached to a Mary M Metz as Mother... Some say his father is a Philip Metz Sr. from France/Germany? But I cant find any records on that either. Supposedly the Father left when John C was a teenager one night and never came back home...??
I am also having trouble finding the parents for M M Amos. Not sure if what is on her memorial page for parents is correct with my research. John A Wimberly & Manerva?
OH! and curious as to the marriage to Aaron P. Metz? I cant find any records on him. Wondering if maybe he is the Philip Metz Sr? Maybe Aaron Philip Metz Sr?
Whew! Ugh!... Thank you so much! I look forward to hearing from you! Or from anyone who can help out!! Thanks again! Joy

|George Paul Farris||Easter Pauline Pruitt, née Shinn: FAG# 70441714|
Dear Mrs. Morris:
My compliments on the quality of your work on the extended Shinn Family.
I'd like to pose two inquiries concerning Easter Pauline [supra].
Much like General Washington, I fear my vision has dimmed in the service of my country. I can not read the inscription on Easter Pauline's headstone, can you? If so could you supply me with a transcription of what is carved on it?
Secondly, have you ever discovered the resting place of her daughter Melissa Jane "Janie" Pruitt? Thank you in advance for your consideration of my requests.

|Bill Theeringer||RE: Ferdnand Bocksnick|
I also question Ferdinand Bocksnik's date of death, 1910. The 1920 census has Anna, widowed, but with her youngest child Elsie being born in 1914. Elsie was born April 9, 1914 and married Elmer Gibson.
Her sister Lena R Bocksnik married Iverson Gibson, Elmer's brother.
