We started through doing family trees and while searching for the graves of ancestors we began to use Find A Grave. From there we started doing memorials for relatives and occasional requests. We were locating relatives of the wife's in Wildwood when we discovered while there were some 500 memorials in Find A Grave around some 2,000 people were buried there. Currently there are currently 2,i87 memorials 88 % of which are photographed around 1,500 are memorials we have done which literally unearthed several that had been grown over by grass and located by using metal rods to prod the surface. We went to Ridgway to locate the Gardners of my mother's family and found some in Pine Grove Cemetery, St. Leo's and Thayer Cemetery which led to doing some requests there. Outside of Ridgway we have done shoots at Oakmont, Fairview, Ott and Parklawn cemeteries. We also have done a number of requests for St. Johns Lutheran, Holy Rosary and Wardvale Methodist Cemeteries in Ridgway Township outside of Johnsonburg, PA. Currently we are working on trying to photograph all of Holy Rosary Cemetery due to if only being 31% photographed. We've added 300 plus memorials and raised the percentage to 79%.
