|bhd||RE: Mochel Hardware Store|
Hi, I think you did reply awhile back. I was never able to track down the source of the photos I had seen in the window in Downers Grove. They were gone by the time I went back to check into it.

Dear GarEdge, I saw the death cert., very interesting and her memorial, nobody gets her name right. NOW, what I want to know, is how did you find her or would that be giving away trade secrets? Thanks so much for the information and excellent research work. Lily
|Lily Virdell||Daniel J Myers|
Dear GarEdge, Your memorial for Daniel Myers memorial#41290263 states in the bio. that he was married to Eliza N Baunty. This name came from his marriage record and is a mis-translation. Her actual name was Eliza N. Brunty. She was the daughter of Barnabas Brunty and his second wife Mary Ellen (Nesbit) Brunty. In the 1900 census for Daniel his sister-in-law Eva S. Brunty and his mother-in-law Mary E. Brunty are living with him and his wife, Eliza N. (Brunty) Myers. I am still looking for Eliza as she probably remarried after Daniel died in 1922. Eliza would have been only 54 when Daniel died. All this to ask you if you would change the bio to read: married Eliza N. Brunty. Thanks, Lily

Hi, Not sure if you are interested or not... Just went to the bakery in downtown Downers Grove and they had some old photos in the window next door and I noticed an old photo to Chas. Mochel Hardware store. Is he related to you?

Hi, I took pictures of their gravemarkers. I did a lot of bush trimming and this the best I could do. Hopefully this works for you. bhd

|bhd||RE: Transfer Requests|
Hi, I processed the transfers for the Mochel's. I looked at the memorials and I couldn't figure out why there was not photo. I have them on my "retake" list. The graves had two overgrown bushes on each side of their joint marker so the photos I took are really bad. I can go back to the cemetery this week and see if the cemetery has done their annual bush trimming. If not, I will use my clippers. bhd

Yes, I had found that information. I visited Barton & Matilda's graves today.
I've not yet searched for a connection between the 2 Robbins, but would not be surprised to find one.
Ira Edgell served as the informant for my husband's ggrandmother when she filed for her birth certificate (which I don't believe is accurate).

Thanks so much for your response!
Yes, Lucinda was a daughter of John & Matilda. Her obituary in 1898 lists her survivors as a mother, sister, brother, & daughter. I know that her sister Alice was alive which insinuates that Martha was not. However I've not found anything to confirm that.
I attempted to visit the Braucher Miller cemetery today, but could not locate it.

|Corrie C||Peter Edgell & M Leonard|
My name is Corrie. My husband is a decendant of Lucinda Leonard Clevenger. I believe her sister, Martha, had been married to Peter Edgell. Can you confirm or deny that? And if she was, do you know what happened to her? I don't find her after the 1880 census & see that Peter is married to someone else later. Did she die? Did they split up & she remarried? Any information you can give me would be appreciated.
