Bio

Hello. I was indoctrinated into genealogy in 1977 by my grandmother. She contracted the 'bug' after reading Alex Haley's book, and subsequently infected my mother and myself. The names were there, the family stories were ingrained, but due to the difficulty of researching on your own and without the luxury of the World-Wide-Web, results often led to long and tiresome hours spent that many times ended in frustration. Unfortunately, Grandmother and Mother didn't get to go very far in their research and have long since gone onto a whole other adventure.

I promised myself I would continue their work and have been more successful than I ever dreamed. I hope to inspire in my sons the love and mystery of research, so that they too will pick up the torch one day.

Please do check out my Virtual Cemeteries. They are still a work in progress, so they will be changing as time goes by, and drop by and say hello to Lucy, the bravest little chihuahua I've ever known.

If anyone has a photo that needs work, that is digital repair and touch ups, feel free to send me an email with your photo attached. Please on the subject line of your email put: FindAGrave Photo Needs Work. I will be happy to see what I can do. This is a free service as I believe everyone should have at least one good picture of those they love. If a photo is far too damaged, I will reply and advise you to seek a professional restoration artist.
