Bio and Links
Bio Photo I would be happy to manage any and all memorials that are family, and I try and sponsor all that I find. If I have added memorials that are not sponsored, they are not my family, and I will be glad to transfer them to you if you will send an e-mail from the edit button.

I was born at Wilson N Memorial Hospital in Grayson County, Texas to Viola Brandon and Leonard R. Clark. I grew up in Fort Worth with my mother and step-dad, Thomas L. Whitehead. I now live in San Antonio, Texas. My husband, Milton B. Finethy, originally from Maine, and I are a retired Air Force family. I started working with my family tree because I always wondered who was in our family history. That led me to Findagrave. I think it is such a wonderful memorial for those I care about.

I think the correct name for the cemetery is Byron Village Cemetery (although in the past it may have gone under the name Byron Corner Cemetery). I would like to keep my memorial because of the different links to family members. Thank You

RE: Loggies
Hi Carol:
If you'd send me an email at GJGarner at gmail dot com
I'll send you something Milton might be interested in.

All the kids liked my grandfather. He fed their sweet teeth (as an excuse for dipping into the candy himself no doubt.)

Thanks for doing this Carol. Margaret and Katherine are my 2c1r, and Burns (never went by William in the Miramichi incidentally) was a close friend of my grandfather Fred MacLeod.

Swetnam lineage
Hi, I have records going back to England on Lucy Hale Swetnam who married Joseph Alexander Finethy and thus the Finethy line in Mass., Maine, etc.
Thanks for the postings on Finethy gravestones as I have been able to fill in some blanks on that line

Lucy's parents were Robert Swetnam and Isabella Walker who immigrated to Canada between 1851 & 1852.
They were from Ravensworth,Yorkshire, England. The Hale name (Lucy's middle name) comes down through the family from a Rev. Henry Hale b. in 1718.
