Bio and Links
Bio Photo My name is Carol and I reside in N.E. Atlanta.

My Dad began this amazing journey in finding our heritage. While on this journey we had discovered so many relatives and friends.

Peternal Lineage ...

Hape ~ Rogers ~ Puderbach ~ Putnam ~ Gibbs ~ Hall ~ Naill ~ Ecker ~ Engel ~ Reifsnider ~ King ~ Robbins ~ Thompson ...

Maternal Lineage ...

Hunt ~ Edwards ~ Harris ~ Brown ~ Clay ~ Simmons ~ Wingate ~ Maddox/Maddux ~ Knott ~ LeSueur ~ Stinson ~ Hopper ~ Bryant ~ Harper ~ Wyatt ~ Tyler ~ Strother ~ Shy/Shi ~ Chastain ~ Hancock ~ Batte ~ Birchett/Burchett ~ Judkins ~ Polk ~ McLarty ~ Eidson ~ Daniell ...

Most of these memorials are based on personal research from my family history (birth, death, marriage, military & other records). Other information was taken from grave markers or obituaries that I've discovered over the years. Cannot guarantee the accuracy of all these memorials, but believe most of them to be correct.

Will be glad to make memorial transfers upon request that is if related. Would very much like to hear from you and should you have any additional information and if there are any corrections to be made, please let me know.

Hello Ma'am
Hello Ma'am,
I am trying to find the headstone for Sarah A. Smith (1830-23 FEB 1877)
her brother's are buried in campground cemetery, but I can not find a record for her. I am assuming she is burried there as well. Any help would be much appreciated.
Here is one of her brother's:

Many thanks,
Michael W. Glaser

William Allen Jr

died 11 Jun 1752 - buried in Henrico County, Va.
He is my 6th great grandfather. Do you know how I can find out exactly where he is buried in Henrico County? I actually live in this county...Robert Best

John Hunt
FYI: John Hunt (#171885825) who married Susannah "Susan" Turner is linked with his father, William Hunt, III (#49606144). However, John Hunt married to Susannah "Susan" Turner is also listed as a child of William Hunt, Jr. (#37728750) -- although John Hunt is not linked to the memorial of William Hunt, Jr.
I just thought I would point this out since it took me some time to realize that I had written John Hunt twice in two different generations.

Thanks for sharing all of the hard work that you have put into this family!

Charles Christian, continued
Somehow part of my post got erased.

I was saying "supposed" lineage:

Mary < John F < John B < Charles, Jr. with wife, Mary Leake.

Thanks again.

Charles Christian
Have you done any research on the Charles Christian famly?
I am supposedly related to Charles Christian, Jr. through my 3rd Great-grandmother, Mary Christian married Robert Allison("supposed lineage: Mary There are plenty of "references", but I am looking for proof.
If you have any information, I would love to correspond with you.

Mary Frances Bruce Crider LeSeuer's burial place
According to her obituary in the May 24, 1928 issue of the Athens Banner-Herald, Mary F. LeSeuer was buried in the Vineyard Creek Baptist Church cemetery in Madison County, Georgia. The newspaper can be found online for free through the Athens Historic Newspaper Archive through the Digital Georgia project. Would love to see a picture of the gravestone if someone finds it. Thanks!

John Davis Lowry: 35651127

I was doing some research and I came across memorial 35651127. You have him listed as a Jr. I was wondering if that was a mistake because his father was named Daniel Lowry. Perhaps you meant Sr? Maybe John had a son named after him.

Mary (???) Hancock
Received the following and would like to know what information is correct? The information that you sent me in an edit request on Jan 6, 2017, or the following information received yesterday:

Find A Grave contributor A. Liles Hok has made a suggestion to you regarding your Find A Grave memorial for Mary Hancock.

Their suggestion:
Pardon, I misspelled Wilkinson County as Wilkerson County!
Message should read instead as this:

Trying to compile some information to explain the mix-up of these Marys and Johns:

1850: Census in Meriwether Co, GA in her sister Sarah Chappell Spivey's household.
1860: Census in Meriwether Co, GA.
1880: Census in Coweta Co, GA.

If you have, you can view the record images on my tree at:

Hope this helps to clear the confusion!

I am always more than happy to add additional information on the memorials I maintain if it is the correct information. Would you like to provide documentation for your initial edit request of Jan 6, 2017 or is the information provided by Alexis Hok correct? Please let me know, so that I can provide the correct information for my memorial.
Thank you.

Abel Farrar
Hi Carol,
This Abel Farrar #42776427 is an uncle of mine. While we also do not know the place of his burial none of us have any info of him ever being married either. While he is the son of George and Judith Jefferson Farrar he was not married to Dianna Hillsman. Her 1st husband was Francis HOWARD they only had one son then Mr. Howard died. She then married George Farrar II, brother of Abel Farrar. As for a wife Catherine if you have any verification on this I would love to hear from you as none of us have found any yet and it would be a tremendous help! lol Thank you, Jan
