Peter, I'm sorry I can't positivly verfy
the picture is him.
I you like I can remove it from the memorial.

Lucky indeed. Having worked as a psychotherapist for the VA for many years (now retired) I've heard nearly everything about VN there is to hear. None of it good. Glad you made it back. And thanks for your work for Find a Grave.

Yes we are starting a week of chilly temps and also expecting rain. I guess it's the same front.
My Dad trained at Pendleton in 1944 before being shipped to Hawaii and then Iwo Jima in 1945.
Thanks Pete. I noticed in your bio you are now in So Cal Where about? I'm in Palm Springs.

You kindly took photos of my uncle and aunt's temporary markers in 2008. Now that there are permanent markers on their graves I wonder if you would be so kind as to delete the photos you took from their memorial pages? F.A.G. does not allow me to delete the photos even though I created and manage the pages. Only the photographer who submitted the photos can delete them.
I will paste the links to their pages below.
Many thanks for your kindness,
Dorothy Liss Fechter

I checked for additonal information on Frances Williamson in local histories (excerpts from newspapers of the time), and found nothing. I do not know if she was married.
Good luck with that brick wall.

The picture was from my Great Grandfathers
My great Grandfather Lewis Nelson Caston's
Step Mother was Chloe Freelend.
I scaned most of the old pictures years ago.
many of the Family pictures are scatterd here and there between Relatives.
I have been using this Data Base to match up
pictures that I think are possable matches of
|squadron a association||Trooper Frederic Conger|
On behalf of the late veterans of Squadron A, a big THANK YOU for the transfer.

Hi Pete, thanks for the update. I am not related just interested in genealogy and doing what we can to help others connect their families. Thanks for the offer though. Holler if you need anything in Northeast Oklahoma.

OMG!! How in the world did you ever get a hold of a picture of lil Kenny?? I know, it must be a part of the collection of pictures that you inherited from your folks or grand-folks. I remember asking Uncle Joe & Aunt Edna about their son, Kenny ... all they would tell me is that he died when he was 10 yrs old, in an accident, he was their only child. After they left, my grandmother told me in no uncertain terms that I was never to ask any questions about their son, again! Yes, please send me a copy of an image of him. If you happen to know how he died, would you please share that also.
I'm ever so grateful!
