RE: Great Uncle Chester Worley
You are very welcome, Nan. And, thank you for giving me permission to post the obituaries. Some contributors don't like it, thus the reason I always let them know so I can remove the obit if they have objections. I try to always honor the wishes of the one who created the memorial.

I hope you have a very blessed and Happy Mother's Day, too.

Minnie Jones' Sister, Myrtle
Hi Lady Nan, I'm not sure if you are directly related to Minnie, but my great grandmother was Minnie's sister Myrtle. I know nothing about this branch of our family and am reaching out to see ifyou are possibly related as well. Looking forward to hearing from you.

RE: Sarah J E Bonham Ingle
Hi Lady Nan, I have my information correct from the information I've checked. Her birth certificate shows, Brick Church Sandy Mush. Her informant was Child Loy Ingle. Her husband Jim (James M.) Ingle's death certificate shows Sandy Mush Cemetery-Leicester RT 3; information was signed off by Loy Ingle about both of his parents. I also have copies of Big Sandy Mush Church Cemetery Survey from 1985 from Buncombe county grave stones, surveys and cemeteries, page 226 shows Sarah Julia Ingle w/o J.M. and J.M. Ingle on this survey. I feel sure the people doing the survey took this information from the stones and they agree with the birth/deaths of these two. There is also a good bit of confusion on THE BRICK CHURCH in Leicester and the Big Sandy Methodist Church. Years ago the older folk of the community of Sandy Mush referred to the church as the brick church, I've heard a few different explanations, early church had brick or brick underpinning, etc. My Grandfather is buried at Big Sandy but his death certificate shows Brick Church. Someone mistakenly put him on find a grave at the Brick Church Leicester. It was removed and left at its proper location in Sandy Mush. Hope this helps, I have a trip planned for Big Sandy later this spring, I'll see if the stones are still readable. There are other Ingles' there. Debbie

Hey Nan,

Hope you're doing good. I wanted to ask some questions about Clingman Rice when you have time.
Hope all's well with you!

Rev William Kimsey Briggs
Thanks Lady Nan for the information you sent on Rev. William K. Briggs. I reworded it a little bit so it would go well with the existing bio. Hope you're staying warm. It's too cold to be doing any cemetery sleuthing.
