U.S. Army veteran.|
I'm a military researcher / historian whose primary area of interest is the World War II and Korean War eras. But my never-ending goal is to try to acknowledge the service of all our country's warriors who have honorably served in the U.S. Armed Forces.
To help achieve this goal, I created the Military Hall of Honor in 2013 to honor all those veterans, living and deceased, and use it along with Find A Grave. MHOH now has over 312,000 Honoree Records. Membership is free and available to all who wish to contribute military records, bios, photos, honor the military with tributes, leave remembrances, etc.

Happy to be able to get the info from the Morehouse Enterprise - I'd suggest that you sort the articles and pictures so that they tell a better tale
Thanks for the photo! LG

Hello Charles - thank you for transferring this memorial for my brother to me. And especially thank you for creating it in the first place. As you noted, he was KIA in Vietnam on hill 875 19 Nov 1967. Very significant battle in Vietnam. He also has a memorial on Virtualwall.org. If anyone wanted to look him up they should do it by name.

Done. Thanks for your help.
Such a tragedy. I spent a long time thinking about this young man yesterday.

I just realized I created a duplicate memorial for John Scott Keenan while working on Keenan ancestry here in Lowell. Would you like to merge the obituary I found into your bio so I can delete mine? Vice versa? Also, Ellen was John's stepmother, but his biological mother is Phyllis McDermott. Let me know how you'd prefer to proceed. I'll defer to you as the original memorial creator. Best regards, JO.

Yes I am the grandson of Herbert Hickson Elliott. His son Clarence Herbert Elliott was my father. During my research
I can't find where George Elliott was buried. Any information would help. Thank you very much.
