|Ted ||Thank you|
Thank you for your time and efforts with this site and the memories.
I haven't been to the old sunnyside cemetery in many years. My paternal grandparents and many of my grandmothers relations are interred there.
My late father brought my siblings and I, from Prosser, to lay flowers and remember family.
Thank you again for your time and energy. I'm sure it is appreciated by many.

I will do my best to take care of them. Thank you for all you have done!
|postkrispykritters||My bully rant...|
Thanks for your comments and I'm sorry you were able to relate! I was just getting tired of feeling like a victim; they have since backed-off and I've not had any trouble since my posting. Like you, I try to follow the guidelines and certainly welcome "kindly" suggestions and error corrections, but have no tolerance for ugliness and demands. Thanks again and enjoy your Memorial Day! : )

You are very welcome.
|Karen Ferency Baker||RE: Transfer for Desiree Olenick Kroh|
Thanks so much. I am very (VERY!) distantly related to Dennis. I only was in contact with him for the first time yesterday, doing family research. I would be happy to transfer back if you like, or if someone more closely related pops up, I will transfer to them. kb
|Mr. Jean Coston||Michael P. Hayes|
Many thanks for adding the photo of his headstone.

|Terry Trackwell Kuhnau||RE: Gerald Henry Hayes 1946-2014|
I have never met Jean but I see his(her?) name a lot in Fern Hill cemetery where I concentrate my work. I left him a message but he might just ignore it as we don't really have a working relationship. Find A Grave might be of help if that happens as they give priority to the original listing. Good luck.
|All Lives Matter||Edit|
Thank you so much for responding so quickly to my edit request. You work is appreciated.
|Peter Hoover||Issues with the "F" letter|
Greetings! I thought you might find it helpful that in German script or in German Druckschrift the lower case "s" looks almost exactly like a lower "f". One has to really look sharply to distinguish the difference.
Hence, in what you have written here, at the Mt. Zion Mennonite cemetery south of Hagerstown, the name is not:
Magdalena "Herfche" Hoover Hershey
but it should be:
Magdalena "Hersche" Hoover Hershey.
"Hirschi" was the original German spelling of the name Hershey, as corrupted by English in America.
