Bio Photo Greetings, and thank you for visiting my profile page. I would like to sincerely thank all of the contributors who provide so much valuable information for the memorials. We all agree the memorials are a work in progress. Find a Grave works so well because of the fantastic, dedicated contributors such as yourself. I receive a LOT of edits and additonal information. I try hard to handle my edits in a timely fashion. Sometimes I am unable to keep up with thanking each and everyone that provides edits and additonal information. For this I am sorry but I sincerely appreciate your hard work and hopefully together we are helping a lot of people with family searches and honoring our departed loved ones.
May God bless each of you.

I am originally from Hartsville, Darlington, Florence area of
South Carolina. I am related to the Watkins, Williams, Browns, Lloyd, Parnells, Kelleys , Kellys, McDonalds, and many many more. This is a great site for building family history to pass on to our children and grand children. God Bless and have a glorious day!

Revelation 21:4
King James Version (KJV)

And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

My Brother: Dantzler W. Watkins

P.S. Please take a moment to visit the memorial for Morgan Thompson . We went to High School together. Morgan had been living in the Boy's Home for a number of years. He haid been talking for a couple of years about joining the Army as soon as he was old enough so he could get out of the Boy's Home. He joined the Army and came by school to show us his uniform. He had a smile from ear to ear! I will never forget how proud he looked in his dress uniform. He had just completed basic training and was on his way to Vietnam. A few short months later we got word that Morgan had been killed in combat. God bless you Morgan. You made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Freedom is not free. Through the sacrifices of many thousands of men and women like Morgan we have freedom. He was only 18! Cherish this freedom and never let it be taken away.

Rev William F. Thompson's Second Wife
On memorial # 145984618 you quote Terrell Leroy Thompson who references a second wife,Estelle. She was Estelle Dennard (1888-1970). She married W.F. Thompson 17 April 1906 in Columbia County, FL. Her memorial is #146126985 Estelle Dennard Thompson Nelson. She was my 2X great aunt. I did not know her. My grandfather, James Walter Dennard, listed her as his contact on his 1940 draft record. Evidently they lived at same address. My grandfather died before I was born.

Winifred Murray - #146186309
Thank you for linking Mrs. Murray with her mother, who sadly didn't live long enough to see her children grow up.

Your work to document so many burials with memorials and photographs is appreciated. Thank you very much for what you do on behalf of families and researchers.

May I copy the photo of my family members that you have taken of the Bowman's? Your consideration would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for all the work you do for Find A Grave.

Thanks
Thank you for Gladys Mallisa DeBerry Richardson Memorial# 170673645 and Walter C. Richardson Memorial# 170673644. Sometimes I think we are kin. Aunt Gladys had a son but he was cremated; I know the dates but how do you create this?

Griner Family
Johnny, please take a look at memorial #58303143 and your memorial #145796847. It is the same person so could you please get together and see about merging or deleting one of the memorials? The person is Oliver Clayton Griner, Jr. and is the son of #145693082 and #145693081.

Thanks.
