Bio and Links
Bio Photo Hometown is Sanford, Florida. My husband and I were in High School together, "High School Sweethearts". We were married on June 29th, 1962 in Sanford. One of the things I love to do is roam old cemeteries and take pictures, and Jim thought I was odd in that respect. Now I know there's a name for people like me...Taphophiles.I have reaped so many benefits from this site, and never knew it existed until a sweet lady in Sanford called to tell me Jim was on here.

My time here on Find A Grave has been so limited here lately due to doing family research, work, and everyday life. Your continued visits to my loved ones does not go unnoticed, and I will continue to do my best to remember Angel Days and Birthdays. Thank you so much for being wonderful friends.

"When we honestly ask ourselves which person in our lives mean the most to us, we often find that it is those who, instead of giving advice, solutions, or cures, have chosen rather to share our pain and touch our wounds with a warm and tender hand, the friend who can be silent with us in a moment of despair or confusion, who can stay with us in an hour of grief and bereavement, who can tolerate not knowing, not curing, not healing and face with us the reality of our powerlessness, that is a friend who cares." "Henri J.M. Nouwen"

"You will lose someone you can't live without, and your heart will be badly broken, and the bad news is that you never completely get over the loss of your beloved. But this is also the good news. They live forever in your broken heart that doesn't seal back up. And you come through. It's like having a broken leg that never heals perfectly-that still hurts when the weather gets cold, but you learn to dance with the limp." ~Anne Lamott~

When my soul is restless / And things seem out of line /
I visit an old graveyard / To take a mystical step back in time. /

I find the oldest tombstones / Then read the message there /
I consider what their days had been / And how our lives in ways compare. /

We all have lived through heartaches / As well as episodes of fun /
Surviving loss of loved ones / And rewarded for a job well done. /
Sometimes if I'm very still / I can hear what they have to say / And
feel them reaching out to me / Grateful for my momentary stay.

Hi sweet friend
Thank you for inquiring about my health. I have pretty much recovered from the flu, but I just can't seem to get my strength back. If I ever do, I'll be back on line more. Hope you and the family are well.

Dear Glenda

We have not heard of each other in a long time. But I sincerely wish you and your family a merry christmas and a happy new year with health and peace for all of us.

Sincerely, Monika

Hi sweet Lady
Hope you are well. Sorry I haven't visited lately, but I just can't seem to get things done as fast as I used to, so I spend very little time on line. (Do ya reckon that's because I'm older than dirt now. Ha) But that doesn't mean I have forgotten my sweet Friend. Thanks for every thing you've done for my family's memorials. Hope you and your loved ones have a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year. Love Bobbie

RE: Dear Delita,
Thank you so much Glenda. We have been so stressed that it is hard to find time to deal with our personal depression. We have some bad days and some not quite as bad. We appreciate all the love and prayers. Understanding may be far away but hopefully acceptance will come eventually. Hugs to you Delita

Hi Glenda,
I see that yesterday was your wedding anniversary. I know you were missing your husband. I'm not on here much so I am always belated in my wishes. Thinking of you.

Hi Dear Friend.
It was so nice to hear from you. I'm not on line very much either. I try to keep up with BD and AD, but that's about it. Hope you and your family are well. We have beautiful Weather in Asheville now. Almost like Florida. It sure does help my Arthritis. Maybe I'll be able to stay on line more soon. I miss visiting with my friends too. Stay well and Be Happy. Love Bobbie
