Southwestern Bell Virtual Cemetery
I just saw your contribution to the ancestry of Kenneth O. Law. He was married to my mother's sister and my closest uncle as I was growing up. My family and I did not live close by, but he called frequently. As voice mail didn't exist at that time, I was always the one that answered the phone and took messages, so I talked with him often. He was a great encourager while I was in school and college. I remember him telling me that education was something no one could take away from you, which I am still repeating to my kids.
I also saw your Southwestern Bell Virtual Cemetery and found other relatives and friends, including my grandmother, Mary Agnes Oswald and my parent's friend, Earl Grusendorf. Earl introduced my parents to each other.
Thank you for your contributions to Find A Grave!

Lucinda E Bussey McDonald
In the post you made on Lucinda Bussey's Find A Grave memorial page (#19909455), and in my research, in the 1850 census she is listed with her parents, Samuel and Emily. There is another Bussy family just below them with the father as Joshua and mother Susan. One would assume that Joshua and Samuel were brothers, as they were next door neighbors, of close age and both born in Georgia. They were at the tail end of my research last night so I have not had a chance to sort it out to my satisfaction yet, but would her father be Samuel and NOT Joshua? Any information you have to the contrary would be appreciated. Thank you.

RE: Is 19909455 your kin?
No, not directly. James Edgar McDonald (m.Thula Adams) was the grandfather of Ruth Thelma Martin, who married my great uncle Estes Larkin Lewis, brother to my grandmother Gladys Lewis Williams. Clear as mud? I was doing some research and came across the same information you have posted and sent in the edit last night.

BRENDA BUMPURS DE SIMONE
bumpurs family cemetery in limestone/ robertson texas
Hi Alford, it has been a good while since we last spoked. I am working on genealogy of Bumpurs. The Family Cemetery that I wanted to take care of, has taken over me. So my brother and I are cleaning it up.But, I am writing this because I was wondering do you have four graves in there with the old headstone markers on pictures? I know you had Mrs. Amanda Moore Bumpurs and Leo Bumpurs because you put it on line. The 2 that I cant get is Robert Jackson Bumpurs#76404510 and Forest #76404479. Now by any miracle do you have those 2 with original headstone?
They have the new ones there from (before 1968) in the fence. But, I would love to have the old ones.
Is there any way you could e-mail them to me? or put them on line and let me know and I will to Find Them at (FIND AGrave)

First - thank you for all of your work.

I am working on the family tree for part of my extended family, Curtis Aaron McCurry.

Curtis Rebecca McCurry is his grandfather.

On his page (33905801) Ruth Davis McCurry is listed as the mother of Curtis Rebecca McCurry.

The actual birth mother of Curtis Rebecca McCurry was Ellen Rebecca Reeves McCurry. Ellen died during child birth, giving birth to Curtis Rebecca McCurry. Curtis Rebecca's middle name is "Rebecca" in memory of his mother.

Besides oral family history this can be documented with birth and death certificates.

If this could be corrected it would be appreciated.

RE: Cranfords
Isn't Seale-Round Prairie north of Hwy 7 and Bald Prairie is south of Hwy 7? I'm glad you noticed that it said Seale Village on the 1910 Census.
