|I have always been interested in the history of Omaha/Council Bluffs and it's founding citizens, both influential and ordinary. I started my own website, The Graveyards of Omaha (http://www.steveandmarta.com), in 1994, and have since included any eastern Nebraska and western Iowa graveyards within reach. Today the website has grown to over 500 pages and thousands of photos, with a great deal of local history posted also. Stop by and take a look at how Omaha got it's start, and take a virtual tour of our historic graveyards.|

May I have your permission to download your images of the gravestones of Saunders family members? I would like to upload them into my Ancestry family tree. (#13065 & 6648293)
Thank you for your consideration.
|Bernard Johnson||Peter Kiewit|
Would you be able to go back to Forest Lawn and get a better photo of Peter Kiewit's stone without the dirt on it. A little whiskbroom would take that off. It looks so nice and it deserves to be seen. Thank you. The Kiewit family also resides in Southern California and has a major freeway project going on presently.

How can I find out if the Frank Carter in the cemetery is my grandfather Frank M Carter born in 1872 and died 27 March 1964 in Gordon, Nebraska. there were no dates on your page of find a grave.Deborah Carter

Thank you for entering the memorial and grave photo of James Robert Hammel who died in 1891. You helped me confirm his death date and I am grateful for that. Since he is my great grandfather would you mind transferring the memorial to me?
