New Editing Function
Find A Grave has added a new editing function to all members. Check the 'Edit' tab on your profile page for pending edit requests for your memorials.
Most edit requests are no longer sent from Find A Grave with an email notice to the memorial creator/current manager. You have to go to your profile page and check the Edit tab to see the requests for additions or changes to your memorials.
Please check your profile page so that the requested edits can be processed. Find A Grave has made this change to facilitate rapid handling of multiple edit requests.
NOTE: From FAG: Death certificates may be added via the "Add a photo" button on the memorial page. Please select the option for "Other" in the "Type of photo:" to be added, as it is not a Grave, Person or Family photograph. NOTE: Death certificates do not necessarily contain completely accurate information about the deceased. There are often errors regarding the final burial location (as well as other data).

Rodney McKelroy's ashes are interred at Houston National Cemetery. A separate memorial has been created for him with the headstone. Memorial # 158567791. Can you please delete memorial # 156170415.

Thank you for maintaining Grandma Jackie's memorial. I have add one of the brothers that was missing by adding her parents to his memorial. Not sure which one now. Military. Young. Keep up your good work with the families. And thank you for pointing our all you do on your bio. Mary

Thank you for sending me the info on the second memorial. I considered deleting mine, but decided instead to reference the other memorial and to link his parents and spouse. I debated, but think that by keeping the one I entered it might prevent this from happening again since there are records out there that state we was buried in Odd Fellows Cemetery. Thanks again. Jan
|Dan Davidson||Bessie Aline Whatley Rogillio|
I have made the edits as you requested to Bessie Aline Whatley Rogillio's Find A Grave memorial. I also added her place of death as I have her Death Certificate in her profile on my Ancestry Family tree and based on other research & documents I am confident the information accurate. If you have any pictures or Bio information that should be added I will be more than happy to oblige.
|Doug Illsley||"Elbert" Wallace|
Good day. I found a Wallace headstone with the same dates as Mr. Elbert's but the name is inscribed as "Truett", apparently married to a Virginia Wallace. Could this be the headstone you want?
|R. Davis||RE: James Helm|
He is my great great grandfather thru Georgia Earl Helms who married James Alvin Davis. Georgia,James and their daughter Jewel are buried nearby. Jewel knew that James and Georgia had a very young child buried at James and Harriet's site(unmarked). Thank you.
