I am currently working on the Farnworth/McWherter families, the Welsh/Bongartz-Foy/Seamon families and the Parris/Hickman/Myers families. If you have anything to share I would love to have you contact me...maybe we can help each other? |
I have added memorials and information for several Parris members. If you see anything that may be incorrect please let me know, what information is incorrect and the source you used to gather the information, and I will be happy to change it. Also, with the exception of 5 memorials, I will transfer the memorials to you if you are a
relative and would like to manage them.

I do not have a picture of the headstone for Edwin T. Hickman. His wife's headstone was found in a pigpen in the mud but nothing was found for Edwin. Sorry. Lorinda Mann

WLW, There is two separate Cox families buried in Tinney Grove... I happen to be related to the Joseph Franklin Cox line but not the one you ask of. These two lines are related some how but it very little relation and hard to say how. Tony

|Stuart Weddle||Cox inscription|
It was fortunate that the angle-of-the-sun cast a shadow on the name and dates. Otherwise it would not have been a legible photo. I should have had some chalk and the inscription could have been read. Sorry
|Richard Boyer||RE: Joseph and Bertha Smith|
That Joseph and Bertha Smith are buried in Jefferson Memorial Cemetery on the South Side of Pittsburgh. The Joseph Smith you requested a picture of on Find-a-Grave is buried in Calvary Cemetery in Hazelwood, a suburb of Pittsburgh. Two different Joseph Smith's.
|Richard Boyer||RE: Joseph Smith|
Now I am confused. Do you have a picture of the marker with a Birtha Smith's name on it. Or did you mean Bertha. I went to this site:
Choose Calvary Cemetery and I found Joseph Smith listed but no Bertha or Birtha Smith listed. I went to Section H, Lot 238 and did not find any markers. Where did you find reference to Joseph Smith on a marker with either Birtha or Bertha Smith?

Thank you, kindly. It's always so nice when someone really appreciates seeing photos! Happy Thanksgiving.
|Joe||RE: Joseph Lawrence Ruffolo|
My pleasure. I also created a memorial with the same photo for Reva Ruffolo.
