Erroneous Photo Posted
I think you have erroneously posted a photo on Patrick Creegan's Memorial below the one of him in his Civil War uniform.

The photo you posted is a Tintype of Pvt. John N. Moore, Co. C, 100th PVI. I'm not sure where you found it, but if you go to this website--

--you'll see that Pvt. Moore's photo appears below every link as a model, which I admit is misleading.

If you click on the link for Patrick Creegan--

1862 image of Pvt. Patrick Creegan, Co. M taken in Beaufort, SC. Image from Karen Creegan Cooper Family Collection

--you'll find the one of PJ Creegan in his uniform.

If you scroll down the page to the individual pictures toward the bottom. you'll find that picture of Pvt. Moore that you posted.

In the interest of accuracy, I would suggest that you remove Pvt. Moore's photo from Patrick's Memorial. Karen Creegan Cooper agrees with me that the only authentic, documented picture of PJ Creegan--at this point--is the one in his CW uniform.

Hi Andrea
My name is Elaine C Stevens Kossakowski. I am the great-granddaughter of Sarah Davis Stevens. I am wondering if you would be willing to exchange any information that we have on the Stevens/Davis families. If you are interested then please contact me at I actually went to Frostburg on Saturday 9/27 to do some research.

Thank you

Thanks. I made the links to her parents. From everything I have seen, Joseph Mason, husband of Rose Ellen Mattingly, died in 1928. Still looking for his death certificate though.

Child Mattingly
Hi Andrea,

I linked the child to the parents. Would you like me to transfer this one to you since it is your family?

Ruth M.. Stevens Creegan
Joe has connected her to her parents. If you need a child connected to the parents you need to contact the person who has the Memorial for the child that is the only way you can do that.
